CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 CaseFIR No. 69/13 dated 11/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Paprahal P.O. Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/03/13 at about 7:15 PM when he was coming along with Sanju S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Talyahar in his three wheeler No. (HP65-2998) and reached near Paprahal, in mean time the driver of the said vehicle lost the control upon the vehicle and fell down 300 mtr. Downward from the road . HC Balam Ram No. 540 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF
2 Case FIR No. 70/13 dated 12/03/13 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Suma Devi @ Nardu W/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Dhenra P.O. Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that her cowshed situated in the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat . On dated 11/03/13 at about 7:30 PM Jagdish Chand R/O Dumay informed her that a heap of his grass situated near the chowshed got burnt . ASI Ajit Singh I/C of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 32/13 dated 11/03/13 U/S 451, 447. 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Shanta Sood W/O Sh. Yogaul kishore R/O Tattapani Distt. Mandi (HP) that Raju S/O Sh. Chudamani R/O Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi entered into the courtyard of his house and abused him . ASI Gulab Singh I/O of P.S. karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 50 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 300 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
