CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 60/13 dated  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal  S/O Sh.  Bangali  Ram R/O Village Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.Mandi (HP) that  he is running a shop of Motor Cycle repair at Dadaur. On 21/03/13 at about  6 PM when he was working in his shop, in the mean time  a tractor (HP33B-9324) and a Motor Cycle (HP32-1743) collided and rider of the above Motor Cycle Vickey @ Kamal Kishor S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Sakroha sustained injury who succumbed to his injuries  at Zonal Hospital Mandi. ASI Karam Chand  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-APPEARANCE IN RESPONSE TO A PROCLAMATION   

2. Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 22/03/13  U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by HC Harbands Singh No. 68 P.O Cell  Team(B) that  Narrender Kumar  S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Nayra P.O. Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  has been arrested  on 21/03/13 at about 7:30 PM from Nalagarh who  was declared a proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 65/05 dated 26/05/05 U/S 497, 342 IPC by the Ld JMIC  Karsog. HC Kamal Kant  I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF FIRE INCIDENT

3. Today a fire incident took place due to electric short circuit in a residential quarter of Sh. Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Bairi PO Brant Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi who is residing as tenant in the house of Sh. Amar Chand S/O Sh. Chhaju Ram R/O House No. 239 Ropa Colony Sarkaghat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). Approximately loss of property about Rs. 80,000/- is reported in this incident.

CHALLAN

4. 38 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
