CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 63/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dalbir Singh S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Lohardi PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/03/13 his brother Bhupinder Singh was driving a vehicle (HP01M-1250) and fell down in Baggi canal nearby Lohardi and dead body of his brother took out from the canal along with above vehicle. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 25/03/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Sharwan Kumar No. 42 I.O. of Highway beat No. 7 that on 25/03/13 at about 1.30 PM a vehicle (HP53-5729) was driven  very rashly and negligently by Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Funiya Ram R/O Tikkri Mushera PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) Jogindernagar towards Chauntra and when said vehicle reached at Tobhari driver of above vehicle  Budhi Singhlost control over it and struck with a rock and above driver of the said vehicle died on the spot. HC Sharwan Kumar No. 42 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 80/13 dated 25/03/13 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Biri Sngh R/O Vill. Batahar PO Baloh Tehsil Kotali Distt. Mandi that on 25/03/13 Kaushlya W/O Sh. Manglu Ram and Rita Devi W/O Sh. Khima Ram R/O Bathar entered in her house and beat her up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-APPEARANCE IN RESPONSE TO A PROCLAMATION

4.      Case FIR No. 18/13 dated 25/03/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar against Mast Ram S/O Sh. Shikru Ram R/O Vill. Narla PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was declared by the Ld. Court of JMIC Court No. 1 Mandi on 28/02/2011 and he has been arrested by the  team of P.O. Cell Mandi on 25/03/13 from Mandi. ASI Surender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 30/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali that on 25/03/13 at about 05.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Thensher he recovered 1,35,000/- ML country liquor and 15600 ML beer from the possession of Bhaskar Sharma S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Thensher PO Ruhamni. ASI Jeet Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.      85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,500/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
