1. Case Fir No 10/2014 Dated 27/01/14  U/S 39 of H.P. Excise  Act has been registered  in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand incharge Police Post Balichowki that on 27/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Panjai and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of   Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Gokal Chand R/O Dova PO Panjai Sub-Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi (HP). ASI  Subhash Chand incharge Police Post Balichowki is investigating the case.

    

2. A case FIR No. 26/14 dated  28/01/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S  187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the statement of Pawan Kumar S/O Balak Ram Vill. Dodar P.O. Kapahi Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  27/01/14  he along with Sh Suman Kumar were going by M/Cycle (HP31-8788) and  when they reached at Pungh Near Bangalu road, in the mean time a  Vehicle (HP69-2346) came from Harabag side very rashly and hit their  M/Cycle & sped away from there and they sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

3. Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 27/01/14 U/S  306,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Village Masyahan PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi HP THAT  his son Ravinder Kumar 27 years has committed suicide by hanging himself during the intervening nights of 26-27/01/14 as he was harassed, abused and slapped by his father-in-law Devi Singh and  Brother-in-law Devinde Singh.  Both accused  Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Devi Singh   Devi Singh S/O Sh. Jalam Ram both are resident of village Kangru PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi HP have been arrested and who are being produced before the Ld. Court. SI Chanchal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 27/01/14 U/S U/S 3(X) the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Hardev S/O Sh Dhani Ram Vill Marogi PO Tihari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 27/01/13 he went to Kataula and there Pradhan Bale Ram met to him and he wished him and also asked to Prdhan Bale Ram about the character certificate of his brother on this he became furious and abused him by cast i.e. called him dagi and also threatened to him SI Bhim Sain SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

5.     33 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  1900/-     and 1 challan  made under COTPA & fined  Rs.100/- .
