CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 11/1/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by Insp. Prakash Chand I/C of SIU that on 11/1/14 at about 4PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Ltr. illicit liquor from the possession of Phinu Ram S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O Mandir Tanda P.O. Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) . Insp. Prakash Chand I/C of SIU Mandi is investiagitng the case .
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND UNDER (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES)
2 Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 11/1/14 U/S 341, 323, 382, 506 IPC & 3(X) of SC & ST Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Nainu Ram R/O Patyoda Chhajwar PO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/1/14 at about 7:30 PM when he was going to his home by his Motor Cycle No. (HP31-0622) and reached near Maloh school , in mean time , Ranjeet Singh came along with his friends and obstruct his way and beat him up and snatched away Rs. 19000-/- from his pocket and also threatened with dire consequence . Sh Kulbhushan Verma Dy.SP/SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND MISCHIEF
3 Case FIR No. 11/14 dated 11/1/14 U/S 325, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Suman Devi W/O Sh. Narayan Singh R/O Banayak House No. 119/7 PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 9/1/14 at about 9:30 AM Krishana Devi beat her up and in this incident she also lost her ear ring . HC Ravinder Singh I/O No. 863 of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

4 59challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
