CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

1        Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 3/1/14 U/S  454, 380, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Smt. Acchi Devi W/O Sh. Durga Dass  R/O  Dhoapa P.O. Kunnu  Tehsil  Padhar Distt.  Mandi (H.P)    that  on 3/1/14 some unknown culprits stole away the golden ornaments  by breaking the lock of the door of her house . Total value of stolen property is Rs. 90,000-/- Accused Sunil Kumar S/O  Sh. Prem Lal R/O Baradadhar P.O. Lehari Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt.  Bilaspur,   Asha Devi  W/O Sunil Kumar and Sunil Kumar  S/O Sh. Dhani Ram  R/O  Burali P.O. Dasehara Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  has been arrested in above said case and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI Hasham Ali I/O of P.S. Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)

 

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 3/1/14 U/S  451, 323, 506 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of Smt. Roshani Devi W/O Sh.  Muni  Lal R/O Seri Banglo Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 2/1/14 when she was present in her house, in mean time  Muni Lal  S/O Sh.  Ghangru  R/O Finnu entered in the courtyard of her hosue and  beat her up and threatened with dire consequence.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

 3       Case FIR No.  10/14 dated 03/1/14  U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Om Parkash  S/O Late Sh.  Achhar Singh R/O Khiyuri P.O. Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 03/1/14  at about 08:30  AM when  he was going  by his Moter Cycle and reached near  Khiyuri, in mean time  Prem  Singh came there and obstruct his way and  beat him up.  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

4        Case FIR No. 11/14 dated 03/1/14  U/S 341, 323 IPC has  been registered in P.S Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O  Khiyuri P.O. Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that  on 03/1/14 at about 8:30 AM  when he was going  to drop his children at school, in mean time  Prakash Chand came there and obstruct his way and beat him up.  ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investiagitng the case.

 

CASE OF UTTERS ANY OBSCENE SONG

5        Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 03/1/14 U/S  294, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tejender Goswami S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Salwahan P.O. Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 3/01/14 at about 8PM  Budhi Singh  S/O Sh. Lekh Ram came in front of his house in the influence of alcohol and started to  derogatory remarks upon him . ASI Shamsher Singh  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

6        87 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours
