CASEOF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 18/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Dumanu Ram R/O Vill. Bardana PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/01/14 at about 70.30 PM a car (HP33C-0528) driven by driver Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sawaru Ram fell down about 200 mtrs downwards due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said car. ASH Nasib Singh Incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HSUBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, INTIMIDATION AND MARRYING AGAIN DURING LIFE TIME OF HUSBAND OR WIFE
- Case FIR No. 28/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 498A,504,494 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Pushpa Devi W/O Sh. Kamaljeet Singh R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is being maltreated by her in-laws and husband. Her husband had also left out the home about 20-25 days ago and now she came to know that her in-laws had solemnized second marriage of her husband. ASI Sahib Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

- 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
