CASE OF NDPS ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. P.P. Pandoh thathe was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kenchi more and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 KG 800 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dharam Chand @ Dharma S/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O Bandal PO Gushani Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu (HP). HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

     

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Kumari Sunita D/O Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Vill. Puin PO Kotkhamrdha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/01/14 at about 03.40 PM she was going to her home and on the way a M/Cycle came very rashly and negligently and hit her and sped away from the spot and she sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehli that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36 bottles of country liquor and 4 bottles of English wine. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 5/13 dated 01/01/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Lajja Devi W/O Sh. Khoob Ram R/O Vill. Kothi Gehari PO Gambhar Khad Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/01/14 Pinku S/O Sh. Gurdev Singh beat up her son Duni Chand. ASI Sushil Kumar incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Vill. Panyali PO Barswan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/01/14 Tara Chand entered in his house and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

     

     CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

  2. Case FIR No. 8/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Vidya Devi W/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Batahan PO Gambhar Khad Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/01/14 Dagu Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Malkiat Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  3. Case FIR No. 2/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liters illicit liquor from the possession of Tej Ram S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Chatrour PO Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  4. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 liters illicit liquor from the possession of  Baldev Singh S/O Sh. Laxman Dass R/O Vill. Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sukesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  5. Case FIR No. 4/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 14 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Muni Lal  R/O VPO Meramasit  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (P) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit  liquor from the possession of  Ram Dass @ Kalu Ram S/O Sh. Bangali Ram R/O Vill. Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (P) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

     

    CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  2. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36000 ML country  liquor from the possession of  Khub Ram S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Vill. Bandli PO Rakol Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shashi  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

     

    CHALLAN

  1. 91 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
