CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 24/14 dated 13/1/14  U/S 39  of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  (Prob) SI Munesh Raj  I/O of P.S. Balh that    on 13/01/14  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  and   during  course  of patrolling he  recovered  8 Ltr. illicit liquor   from the possession of  Khushi Ram  S/O Sh.  Brij Lal  S/O Sh.  Mohan  Lal  R/O  Dhangu PO  Ratti Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his   house.  (Prob) SI Munesh Raj   I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF   HURT

 

2        Case FIR No. 25/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S  324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint  of  Sh.  Jitender  Kuamr S/O Sh. Ravi Singh  R/O  Rathol P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Mandi (H.P.) that on 13/01/14  he was present at Khiyuri, in mean  time  Umesh came along with his friend and beat him up and  he sustained injuries .  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND  CRIMINAL INTI MIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 26/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S  452, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of  Sh.  Shankar Dass S/O Sh.  Bhung Ram R/O Batahan P.O. Ghambhar Khad Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 13/01/14 at about  6:30 PM  Chanchal Ram and  Bhoop Singh   entered into his room and beat him up along with his wife. HC Malkiyat Singh No. 57 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case  .

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No.  4/14 dated 13/1/14 U/S  20  of NDPS Act   has been registered  in P.S. Gohar   by  SI  Naveen  Jhalta  SHO P.S. Gohar  that  on  13/1/14  he was on patrolling along with other police officials and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  1kg.250 gms. cannabis (Charas) from the possession  of  Dhani  Ram S/O Sh. Khimu Ram R/O  Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his carry bag. Above accused has been arrested  and further investigation  is being  carried  out by  SI  Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S.  Gohar .

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

5          Case FIR No. 5/14  dated 14/01/14 U/S  279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Raghu Nath Singh  S/O Sh.  Vir Singh R/O Chathi Naal P.O.  Chhatri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on  13/01/14 one vehicle fell down300 Mtr. downward  from the  road due  to rash and negligent driving of the driver  and  2 person who were boarded  on the vehicle  died on the spot . ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.

 

CASE   OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 19/14  dated 13/1/14 U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Om Chand  S/O Sh.  Uttam Chand R/O Tharjon P.O. Majahar Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  13/1/14  at about 6:30 PM   he was present at Pandoh Bus Stand , in mean time a Truck No. (HP32A-2625) came   from Mandi side and  he  took  the  lift    from   above said truck and    when they  reached near  Kanchhi Mod to Janjehli, in mean time  the driver of the above said Truck  lost the control upon the Truck and fell down 100 feet  downward  from the road . All the  person who were boarded on the Truck sustained injuries .  HC  Hari Singh I/O  of PP Pandoh is investigating the case .

7        81 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours
