CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 16/01/13 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 16/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchalla and during the course of nakka he recovered 104 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Parmeet Singh S/O Sh. Inder Pal R/O Chandigarh, Batan Bansal S/O Sh. Bhim Sen Bansal R/O Mohali (PB) and Ramandeep Singh S/O Sgh. Iqbal Singh R/O Chandigarh. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF OBSTRUCTION BY A PERSON TO HIS LAWFUL APPREHENSION

1. Case FIR No. 20/14 dated 16/01/14 U/S 224 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HHC Nand Lal No. 482 Police Lines Mandi that on 16/01/14 he was on prisoner escort duty along with HHG Rakesh Kumar  and they  produced accused Sanjay Kumar before the Ld Court of Addl. Session Judge Mandi. After hearing of the case they were going along with accused Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Nand chaudhary VPO Thumpa PS Pipra Buhar to deposit him in Sub Jail Mandi and when they reached near Banga Hospital Mandi, accused Sanjay Kumar pushed back both of them and jumped in front of a bus (HP66-0325) and he crushed with said bus and died on the spot. SI (Prob.) Sanjay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 16/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Halia Ansari S/O Sh. Gulam Husan R/O Vill. Dinak PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/01/14 he was going to his home by his sacooty (HP31-8939) and when he reached near Dhanotu, in the mean time a jeep hit his scooty from back side and sped away from the spot. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 16/14 dated 17/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Gabanu Ram R/O Vill. Beena PO Kalahud Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a JCB operator came from Sundernagar side very rashly and negligently and fell down in a khud about 130 mtrs downwards. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

CHALLAN

1. 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,100/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
