1. Case FIR No. 08/14 dated 22/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh of P.S. Aut that he laid a nakka at Thalout along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from an unknown bag kept in a private bus (HP65-2044) which was bounded from Kullu to Mandi. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigiatng the case.
2. Case FIR No. 35/14 dated 21/01/14 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Sandeep Sharma I.O. of P.S. Balh that he laid a nakka at Nagchala along with other police officials and recovered 550 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Balvinder Singh @ Bittu S/O Late Sh. Amar Singh R/O H. No. 347/25 Bhadave-da-Khuh PS City No. 2 Tehsil & District Moga Punjab, Gurjeet Singh @ Bittu S/O Late Sh. Mukhtyar Singh R/O Bhahona Chowk PS City No. 2 Tehsil & District Moga Punjab. SI Sandeep Sharma I. O. of PS Balh is investigating the case.
3. Case FIR No. 32/14 dated 21/01/2013 U/S 420,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh Sh. Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Madhav Singh R/O Village Khandla PO Kummi Tehil Sadar District Mandi and others alleging that they have been cheated and defrauded by the ways of allurements for job in foreign by Megh Singh S/O Sh. Nihal Singh R/O Vill. Chakkar agent of M/S Britney Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd and Suresh Khaparan Properties of M/S Britney Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd. The case is being investigated by ASI Shushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
4. Case FIR No. 33/14 dated 21/01/14 U/S 420,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Keshwa Nand S/O Sh. Kanhiaya Lal R/O Village Kotlu PO Galma Tehsil Sadar District Mandi HP that he was cheated and defrauded by the way of allurements for job in foreign by Megh Singh S/O Sh. Nihal Singh R/O Vill. Chakkar agent of M/S Britney Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd and Suresh Khaparan Properties of M/S Britney Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd. The case is being investigated by ASI Shushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
5. Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 21/01/14 U/S 447 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of the Deputy Director Agriculture Mandi that Besar Ram S/O Sh. Gumukh R/O Vill. Lunapani PO Nagchala Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi had carried out illegal construction on the land possessed by the Agriculture department at Bhangrout. SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
6. Case FIR No. 36/14 dated 22/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chandershekhar S/O Sh. Laxmi Narayan Sharma R/O VPO Nagar Tehsil Sadar District Kullu HP that on today he was going to drop his daughter at Chandigarh by a taxi ( HP 01K 3837) which is being driven by Driver Jagdish Chand. At about 7.45 AM when said taxi reached near Chakkar driver of said taxi lost control over the vehicle and collided it with a Truck. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of PS Balh is investigating the case.
7. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 21/01/14 U/S 447, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernaar on the complaint of Sh Keshav Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O village Segal PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar district Mandi HP that on 21/01/14 at about 11.30 AM he was sowing wheat in his field along with his family members in the mean time Leela W/O Sh. Sohan Singh, Bhima Devi W/O Jagdish Chand, Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Singh entered in his land and beaten him up along with his family members. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.S. P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
8. 73 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 14,000/- and 9 challans made under COTPA & fined Rs. 1400/- .
