CASE OF NDPS ACT
Case FIR No. 01/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Inspr. Madan Dhiman SHO P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1 KG cannabis (charas) from the possession of Devi Dayal S/O SH. Dharamveer R/O VPO Daultabad Tehsil and Distt. Gurgaon Haryana. Inspr. Madan Dhiman is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI(Prob.) Sanjay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he laid a nakka along with other police official at Bindrabani and during the course of nakka he recovered 1.5 KG cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Ravinder Kumar R/O VPO Balh Tikkar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Bhoomtir PO Bhadwar Distt. Kullu (HP). SI (Prob.) Sanjay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF NO-ATTENDENCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT
Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 01/01/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Nirmal Singh No. 56 Incharge PO Cell P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) that he along with other police officials arrested Khub Singh S/O Chaman R/O VPO Talyarh Tehsil Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No.553/08 U/S 457,380,411,34 IPC and declared PO by the court of Ld court of JMIC-4 on 23/11/23 . HC Nirmal Singh No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 01/01/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Mehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Inder Dev S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Mehar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No.2/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of SIU Mandi that on 01/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Parma Ram S/O Sh. Balu Ram R/O Mathneul PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Case FIR No. 343/13 dated 31/12/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat by HHC Raj Mal No. 741 I.O. of P.P. Hattli that on 31/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Baldwara and during the course of patrolling he found that Marchu Ram S/O Sh. Fithu Ram VPO Baldwara parked Rehari on the road side and selling fruits which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HHC Raj Mal No. 741 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
53 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
