CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 08/1/14 U/S 33, 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Gahtta that when he was on parolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 4125 ML Country liquor from the possession of Ashwani kumar from his tea-stall at Ahju. ASI Thakru Ram I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 08/1/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Lakha Ram R/O Gunehar Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (H.P.) that on 08/1/14 at about 6PM when he was present in his workshop at Ahju, and Praveen kumar was going to his home by his motor cycle in mean time , a nano car No. ( HP 29A-4330) came rashly from Bir road side and hit the above said Praveen and he sustained injuries . ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3 Case FIR No. 8/14 dated 09/1/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ( Prob). SI Surinder I/ O of P.S. Sundernagar that on 09/1/14 at about 8:30 AM when he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh during the course of checking of a vehicle he recovered 189 gms. cannabis(Charas) from a Car No. (HR49C-7081). Accused Piyush, Vaibhav & Bhushan Kumar has been arrested in above said case and further investigation is being carried out by (Prob). SI Surinder Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
4 Case FIR No. 22/14 dated 09/1/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Negi Ram S/O Late Sh. Saju Ram R/O Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/1/14 at about 5:30 PM when he was going to his home and reached near Dilu Chowk in mean time Gagan Kumar came along with other two persons and obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
5 Case FIR No. 07/14 dated 08/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Nasib Singh I/C of PP Dharampur that when he was on patrolling along other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 14250 ML Country liquor from the possession of Shobha Ram S/O Sh. Chanchal Singh R/O Upper Thati P.O. Bahari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P) ASI Nasib Singh I/C of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 56 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours
