CRIME REPORT 5 JAN

CASE OF NDPS ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 04/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nayara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 427 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Shayam Dass R/O Vill. Sarali PO Dalash Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP). ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 5/14 U/S dated 05/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 215 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rohit Thakur S/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O H. No. 218/3 Tarwala Distt. Sirmaur (HP). SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 05/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge P.P. Sandhole that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kothuan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of English Wine from the possession of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O VPO Kothuan Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge Police Post Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 04/01/13 U/S 498A,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Leela Prakash R/O Naetla PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married during the year 1998 with Leela Prakash and after her marriage her husband was harassing her mentally and physically. On 02/01/14 & 03/01/14 he beat her up and also threatened to her. ASI Shiv Kumar Incharge I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 81 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 16 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
