1. Case FIR No 12/14 dated  25/01/14 U/S  452,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Babita Devi W/O Sh.  Ajay Kumar R/O Vill Sanda PO Ootpur Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt Mandi HP that on 25/01/14 her elder brother-in-law Sanjeev Kumar entered in her kitchen and beat her up.    HC Mangat Ram No 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbhaorl is investigating the case.  

    

2. A Case FIR No. 25/14 dated 25/01/14  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Jamna Devi W/O Sh. Lekh Ram Vill. Sohar(Khaidhar) P.O. Baroti Tehsil SNR Distt. Mandi that on 25/01/14  Soma Devi W/O Souju Ram R/O Sohar(Khaidhar) obstruct her way & beat her up. HC Hem Singh No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

    

3. A Case FIR No. 24/14 dated 25/01/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Satish Kumar R/O Vill. Bilagad P.O. Chhatri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi  that on  25/01/14  at 6.35 PM he was going to Barmana by a  Truck ( HP65-1152) and when said truck reached at Slapper, in the mean time a car (HP31-8156) came from Bilaspur side very rashly & struck with their Truck due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said car.  HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

    

4.  Case FIR No. 40/14 dated 25/01/14 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered on the Complaint of Sh.  Prashan S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Village Malhnu PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar District Mandi HP  that on 25/01/14  at about 5.30 he was going from Bhangrotu to Gutkar by Scooter (HP 33B 2331) and when he reached near  Nagchalla a bike (HP 33C 6154)  came very rashly from wrong side and hit his Scooter due to which he along with pillion rider sustained injuries and rider of said M/Cycle fled away from the spot.  SI(P) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

5. Case FIR No. 41/14 dated 25/01/14 U/S  279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Radheshyam Kappor S/O Late Sh. Tanna Ram   R/O H. No. 1/5 Palace Colony Mandi HP that on 25/01/14 he was on his way from Shimla to Mandi by his car  (HP30-2500) and when he reached near Chakkar another car (HP30-2500) came very rashly and negligently from opposite side struck with his car. HC Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

6. Case FIR No. 31/14 dated 26/01/11 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise  Act   has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Parkash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi  that on today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at By pass Mandi he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Dharam Pal S/O Sh.  Lala Ram R/O Chanholi Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP).   Insp Parkash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

    

7. Case FIR NO. 30/14 dated 25/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of  Smt Anita Devi W/O Sh Purbi Ram R/O Vill Hanogi  R/O Kholanala Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi (HP) that on 25/01/14 she along with her son went to Sawala where her husband run a dhaba. On reaching there she found that shutter of  the shop was  opened half  and her husband found unconscious in injured condition which seems that some unknown vehicle hit to her husband and sped away from the spot.   HC Yash Pal No. 14 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

    

8.  Case FIR No.  7/14 dated 26/01/14  U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Village Panhal PO Sorshan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that Ramesh Kumar, Bali Ram and Rukmani entered in his house and beat him up.  ASI Shanti Swroop Incharge Police Post Pangna is investigating the case.

         

9. Case FIR NO 8/14 Dated 26/01/14  U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bali Ram S/O Sh. Tibhalu Ram   R/O Village Panhal PO Sorshan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/01/14 Khem Chand, Binti Devi, Lata Devi and Premi Devi obstructed his way and beat him up.   ASI Shanti Swaroop Incharge  P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

 

10.  Case FIR No.  21/14 Dated 25-01-2014 U/S 304 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Monika Thakur W/O Sh. Surjeet  Singh R/O Village Lakhan Kothi PO Ropri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 24/01/14 she admitted her one year old son at Civil  Hospital Sarkaghat due to some ailment. A nurse of the hospital brought an injection from a  medicine shop and injected it to her son and after some time her son died due to negligence of said nurse.  ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkagaht is investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No. 11/14 Dated 26-01-2014 U/S 324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Shankar Dev S/O Sh. Teanku Ram R/O Vill. Dhar PO Thaltukhod Tehsil   Padhar Distt. Mandi HP that on 25/01/14  Ram Lal and Shyam lal S/O Sh. Halku Ram R/O Dhar beat him up and also hit with a bottle.  ASI Ashok Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

12. 75 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  7000/-     and 4 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs.400/- .
