CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 16/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 06/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of nakka he recovered 1 KG 400 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Dalip Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Daal R/O Sri PO Batheri Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 17/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 06/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Behna and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Bhuri Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO Behna Tehsi Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTRING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 341,504,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gagandeep S/O SH.Bhimdru Ram R/O Vill.Sanyardi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/01/14 he was  bringing his mother to Z.H. Mandi by an auto after experiencing a major heart attack and on the way a drivers of a HRTC buses  (HP65-7579) and (HP65-0525) were quarreling with each other and they have obstructed the road due to which his mother expired on the way. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, OFFENCES AGAINT PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 8/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 341,323,186,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O SH. Rikhikesh R/O VIll. Khad Kalyana PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present driver in HRTC depot Mandi that on 06/01/14 he was on his way from Mandi to Kotli via Lag route and when he reached near the gate of Z.H. Mandi, three persons came there and they beat him up. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER

1. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 307 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Naryan Singh R/O VPO Tramat Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as labourer in I&PH department at  Bharola in Chauntra Sub Division. On 08/12/13 Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Payar Chand, Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Gandhi Ram R/O VPO Tramet Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) attacked upon him with sharp weapon and he fell down there unconscious. Incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Vill. Bhalyara PO Jamni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O Vill. Hawani PO Jamani obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 54 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,600/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
