CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 4/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Trilok Chand that on 14/01/14 he along with other police officials laid a nakka at Naresh Chowk and during the course of nakka he recovered 850 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sher Singh S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Dugaplate PO Galod Tehsil Nalagarh Distt. Solan. ASI Trilok Chand is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTRAINT AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S 341,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Naginder Kumar S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O Vill. Sumkhetre PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/14 at about 7.40 PM at Cheharu Gallu Budhi SAingh S/O Sh. Pal Chand R/O Thro-Nal PO Kunnu stopped his car and broke the front mirror of his car. HC Raj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 15/01/14 U/S 341,323427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/.O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O VPO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/14 owner of Bablu Bharvi Dhaba along with his friends beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Lalik Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 10/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek Verma S/O Sh. Satish Kumar R/O Answai PO Gharwasra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/14 Sabu S/O Sh. Balu R/O Vill. Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 11/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Thakur Dass  Incharge P.P. Hattli that on 14/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Harn and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8380 MP country liquor from the possession of Sita Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Vill. Haran PO Upper Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Thakur Dass incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 15/01/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amrit Kumar S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O VPO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/14 Rishu S/O Sh. Satish Kumar obstructed his way and he along with other four persons obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
