Case FIR No. 10/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Vishal Rathor I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagr that on 19/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials on NH 154 at Jogindernagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 20 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Hari Singh S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Vill. Galu PO Barot Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Vishal Rathor I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
Case FIR No. 22/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 19/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials on N.H. 21 at Sukki bain and during the course of nakka he recovered 503 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession Sandeep S/O Sh. Suraj Bhan R/O VPO Sera Tehsil and Distt. Panipat Haryana. SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 21/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 19/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Labh Singh S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Jolla PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 20/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Prakam Singh No. 904 I.O. of P.S. Aut that a HRTC bus (HP42B-7504) which was driven by driver Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Nardev R/O Vill. Klari PO Naswal Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) fell down in a nullah by rash and negligent driving by said driver. HC Parakam Singh No. 904 I.O. of P.S. AUt is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 18/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has beenregistered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 19/01/14 he was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of a person. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 19/01/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Hiru Ram R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/14 DharamChand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
Case FIR No. 30/13 dated 19/01/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/14 Sohan Lal and his wife Kanta Devi obstructing his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No. 16/14 dated 19/01/14 U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Vill. Nain PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/14 Satpal, Sansar Chand, Rakesh Kumar and Rajesh Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 17/14 dated 20/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Bheri PO Sajaopipalu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a car (A/F) came from Darwar side hit his M/Cycle and pillion rider Sh. Beli Ram sustained injuries. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
