CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No. 13/14 dated 05/01/14 U/S  15 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Nand Lal No.  37  I/O P.S. Balh that  on 05/01/14 he laid  a Nakka  along with  other police officials  during the  course of  nakkabandi he recovered  700 Gms. Poppy Straw from  the  possession of  Manish Agarwal S/O  Sh.  Manmohan Singh  Agarwal House No.  830 Dahbuwal Distt. Ludiyana(PB) . HC  Nand  No. 37 of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2        Case FIR No. 14/14 dated 06/1/14 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Rajesh Kuamr  No. 64  I/O of P.S. Balh that on 06/1/14 at about 10:45 AM when he was on patrolling  along with other police officials then he found   that  Sh. Dharamender  S/O  Sh.  Ram Singh  R/O Nerchowk  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  dropped the leap of  crushed stone on the road   which  causing obstruction to the  general public  and traffic . HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

3        Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 06/1/14 U/S  283 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the by  HC Rajesh Kumar  that  on 06/1/14 at about  2PM  when he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials then during the course of patrolling he found that  Sh. Mohd. Aslm S/O Sh.  Amin Mohd. R/O Nerchowk dropped the leap of  crushed stones on the road  which causing obstruction to the general public  and traffic .  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No. 02/14  dated 05/1/14  U/S  20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  ASI SatPal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar that  he laid a nakka along with other police officials at  place Tohbari   then during the course of  checking of a vehicle   he recovered  1Kg. 300 gm cannabis (Charas) from  the  centro car No. (DL4 CJ-3685)  which  was driven  by the  Ragiv Mohd.  S/O  Sh.  Yakuv Mohd. Distt. Mujaffar Nagar( U.P.). Accused  Ragiv Mohd. S/O Yakuv Mohd. has been arrested in above said case  and further investigation  is  being carried out by  ASI SatPal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar.

CASE OF FOREST ACT

5        Case FIR No.  3/14 dated 05/1/14 U/S  379, 34 &  41, 42 of IF Act has  been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI Rajesh Kumar  that on 05/1/14 at about 10PM    he laid a nakka along with other police officials   then during the checking a  vehicle No.(HP53-4070) he recovered 162 No. of Wooden frames and accused  Kahan S/O Dharam Singh  R/O  Jhatingari Tehsil padhar   and  Accused  Ram Lal S/O Sh.  Megh R/O Multhan P.O. Deot  Tehsil Multhan has been arrested in above said  case and further investigation  is  being carried out by  ASI Rajesh Kuamr I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar.

CASE OF THEFT

6        Case FIR No.  4/14 dated 6/1/14 U/S  379, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  SH. Mastan Singh R/O  Maman P.O. Lad Bharol Dsitt. Mandi (H.P.)  that   Kamla Devi,  Nikki Devi    cut down the tree from his possessive land  and took away to her house  by  the tractor . Total value of  the property is Rs. 30,000 . ASI Vinod Singh I/C of P.P. Lad-Bhrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

7        Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony by ASI  Sandeep Kumar I/O of P.S.  BSL Colony that on  06/1/14 at about 10:40 AM  when he laid a nakka along with other police officials  then  during the search of a  vehicle  No. (CH01AQ-2872) he recovered   703 gm cannabis(Charas) from the possession of  Ajay Kumar S/O Narayan Singh  R/O Jone, PO Kurati,Tehsil Joginder Nagar District Mandi (HP)., Prithi Chand S/O Thalia  R/O VPO Kurati, Tehsil Joginder Nagar District Mandi (HP)   and Abhishek S/O Shiv Kumar Shrma  R/O H.No. 1427 Sector No. 23 B Chandigarh. All the above said accused has been arrested in above said case and further investigation   is being carried  out by  ASI Sandeep Kumar  I/O of P.S. BSL Colony.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8        Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 5/1/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Mangal Singh S/O Sh. Gulaba Ram R/O Tarot P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that   on 5/1/14 at about 8:50 PM when he was present  in his house , in mean time a Maruti car came rashly from  Sundernagar side and   hit his courtyard boundary wall. HC Tek Chand  No. 3 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

9       38 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
