CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 2/14 dated 03/01/13 U/S 20, 29 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh  that today he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling recovered 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal VPO BHanimeyakha Distt. Gurdaswpur (PB),  Roop Ll S/O Sh. Budh Ram R/O VPO Khathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Mulu Ram R/O Vill. Dhamadh PO Jhatengari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 9/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 02/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of nakka he recovered 110 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession Aman Rajyal @ Dimpi S/O Sh. Man Mohan Singh R/O H. No. 537/3 Ranhital Tehsil Nachan Distt. Sirmaur. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 10/14 dated 03/01/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Late Sh. Achar Singh R/O Vill. Khiyuri PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today Prem Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No.860 I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 11/14 dated 03/01/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh,. Amar Singh R/O vill. Khiyuri PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today Prakash Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OFCRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 2/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 498A,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Yashu D/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O VPO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was got  married with Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Vill. Meramasit Dadol PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and after her marriage her husband and in-laws started to harass her physically and mentally. SI (P) Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 452,325,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Vill.Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/12/13 Rakesh Sen, Biri Singh and Manoj Kumar entered in her house and beat him up. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 4/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Bhim Sen SHO P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 bottles of country liquor and 9 bottles of beer from the possession of Amar Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Singh VPO Bardhan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI BHim Sen SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 03/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI Vinod Singh Incharge P.P.Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of country liquor   from the possession of Balbir Singh who is running a Kariyana Shop .  ASI Vinod Singh Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 81 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
