CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 07/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Pungh and durng the course of patrolling he recovered 2 KG 157 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary S/O Sh. Shiv Nandan Chaudhary VPO Thumba Distt. Supaul Bihar. HC Tek Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

    

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Purshotam Dhiman I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 07/01/14 at about 04.15 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Shani Dev Temple and during the course of patrolling he recovered 43.44 gram cannabis(charas) from the possession of Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Panchhi Lal R/O Vill. Patta Banyala PO Tarkwari  Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur (HP) and Vinod Kumar @ Sonu S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Ladruhi PO Dhanvi Tehsil Bhoranj Distt.Hamirpur (HP).  SI Purshotam I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 08/01/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 I.F. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal Range Forest Officer Panarsa Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/01/14 Forest Guards Sh. Hira Lal along with other officials of Forest Department were on patrolling at Kanoj and during the course of patrolling a Maruti Van (HP33-4211) came from Kanoj side towards Ropa and during the course of checking of said vehicle they found that Driver Raju S/O Sh. Kishan Chand VPO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Roshan Lal S/O SH. Mansa Ram R/O VPO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi were transporting 10 sleepers of cedar (deodar)illegally having approximately cost of Rs. 42,755/-. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 2/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O SH. Mahinder Singh R/O Vill. Tarohat PO Lakhnu Tehsil Naina Devi Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 07/01/13 he along with driver Meva Singh S/O Sh. Sucha Singh R/O Vill. Pahadpur PO Samlah Tehsil Nandpur Sahib Distt. Rupnagar Punjab were going to  Thunag by a truck (HP69A-3839) and  when they reached near Khota Pani, driver Meva Singh lost control over it and fell down about 200 mtrs downwards and driver Meva Singh died on the spot and he sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

    

    

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR NO.06/14 Dt. 07-01-14 U/S 279, 337IPC & 184 MV Act. Has been registered on the ruka of ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Padhar . That on dtd 07-01-14 on the Telephonicaly Message received from 108 that one vehicle fell down in the Nala and Injured were sent to ZH Mandi for treatment. When ASI Akosh Kumar along with Police Staff for verifying the fact at about 4.30PM near place Parashar Jungle then found that Veh. No. HP33B-0401 fell down in Nala by the Rash and negligent driving of driver of said vehicle.No person found at spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Padhar.

    

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 9/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Prakash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi that on 07/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chadiyara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 25 bottles of English wine and 23 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Kishor Kumar S/O Sh. Ramanugrah Mishra R/O Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Prakash Chand SIU Mandi is investigating the  case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 18/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Dhiman S/O Late Sh. Tilak Raj Dhiman R/O Upper Nihal near HRTC worshop PO & Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 07/01/14 a M/Cycle (HP28B-1370) came very rashly and hit him and he sustained injuries. Shamser Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 19/14 dated 07/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jatin Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Chand R/O VPO Ritman Tehsil Pachhad Distt. Sirmaur (HP) that on 07/01/14 he was travelling by a vehicle (HP14C-0303) and when he reached at Syanh Chowk, a Nano car (HP33(T) 9252) came from backside and hit his vehicle and it his vehicle damaged. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

 CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 20/14 dated 08/01/14 U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Dharmu Ram R/O Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Bahadur R/O Bah (Gagal) along with his younger brother attacked upon him with a sharp weapon and he sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 08/01/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Fateh Ram S/O Late Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Bhiura PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/14 Chhangu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sahib Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

CHALLAN

1. 102 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,400/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
