CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No. 09/14 dated 09/1/14 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar   by ASI Brij Lal  that on 09/1/14 at about  3:20 PM   he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Slapper Bridge  and  the course of  nakka they carried out  the search of  HRTC Bus No.(HP 31A-5029)   and recovered  1kg 950 gms. cannabis(Charas)  from the possession  of a  Pinku Chakarvarti S/O Sh.  Bhupal Chakarvarti R/O  Panchakal Gudi Distt.  Darjeeling (West Bengal) ASI Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

2       Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 10/11/14 U/S 279, 304(A), 201  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  on the complaint of  Sh. Narender Pal S/O Sh.  Dev Mani R/O  Odidhar P.O. Moviseri Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/1/14  a Tipper(HP31B-0241)  who  was driven by  Thakur Dass S/O  Sh. Uttam  Chand  R/O  Sakohar, came rashly from Piplaghat   and  crushed the  Saran Dass  by the tyres of the Tipper and  Saran Dass  died  on the spot. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving  of the above said  driver. ASI Subhash  Singh  I/O of P.S. Gohar  is investigating the.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 4/14 dated 10/1/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut  on the   complaint of Sh.  Gopal  Chand  S/O  Late sh.  Sunder Singh  R/O  Ropa  PO  Shyari  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  9/01/14  at about  8PM when he was coming  back  to his home , in mean time  Dabe Ram S/O   Late Sh.  Teka Ram  R/O  Shiladharal  PO  Shyari  Distt. Mandi (HP)  came there and obstruct his  way and beat him up and also threatened  with dire consequence .  HC Kuldeep Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4        Case FIR No. 10/14 dated 10/1/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar  S/O Sh. Todar Mal  R/O  Dolra P.O. Baryara Tehsil  Sadar  Mandi (H.P.) that  he is working as a cleaner  on the Truck No. (HP31C-4822). On 10/1/14 at about 8:45 AM  Private Bus No. (HP33A-7581) came rashly from Kullu side  and hit  the above said Truck . HC Chaman Lal No.  909 I/O of HighWay  Mandi (HP)  is investigating  is case.

 

 CASE OF HURT

 

5        Case FIR No. 8/14 dated 09/1/14 U/S  325 IPC  has  been registered in P.S  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh.  Lalman   S/O Sh. Chet Ram   R/O  Upper Pahlvan P.O. Jamni  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/1/14 at about  7PM  Smt.  Goda Devi  W/O Sh.  Chaman Lal  R/O Kukhan P.O. Jamni  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) beat  him up.  HC Inder Singh No. 7  I/O of P.S. of Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

6        65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
