CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 11/10/14 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I/O of P.S. Aut that on 11/1/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Doada and during the course of nakkabandi they carried out the search of Motoe Cycle No.(HP 20-3807) and recovered 300 gms. cannabis(Charas) from the possession of Vikas Sharma S/O Ravinder Kumar R/O Ram nagar Tehsil Una Distt. Una (H.P) , Dhyan Singh S/O Sh. Sobha Ram R/O Tiun P.O. Dogary Distt. Kullu (H.P) and Manu Raj S/O Sh. Lajpat Rai ward no. 4 Vikasnagar Una(H.P). HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 11/14 dated 10/1/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Khimi Devi W/O Sh. Baisakhu Ram R/O Ghuran P.O. Thachi Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 10/1/14 at about 3:35 PM when she was coming back to Bus Stand Mandi and reached near Bus Stand , in mean time Motor Cycle No. (HP 65-3264) came rashly and hit her and she sustained injuries. HC Brij Lal No. 906 I/O of Traffic Wing Sadar is investigating the case

3 Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 10/1/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Kamal Singh No. 79 that on 10/1/14 at about 7PM h e laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 900 gms. cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Budh Ram S/O Sh. Pyare Chand R/O Meha P.O. Fozal Tehsil Kullu Distt. Kullu (HP). HC Kamal Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) is investigating the case .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
4 Case FIR No. 13/14 dated 11/1/14 U/S 279, 337, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Rattan Chand that on 10/01/14 at about 11:50 PM a Tata Sumo No.(HP01K-4488) came from Manali side and reached near Bhearva Mata Temple, in mean time the driver of the above said vehicle lost the control upon the vehicle and fell down 300 mtr. downward from the road . Three persons namely Dumunu Ram, Krishan Chand,& Chaman Lal died on the spot and other sustained injuries. SI Rattan Chand I/C of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 03/13 dated 10/1/14 U/S 341, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Uchhav Ram S/O Late Sh. Shounki Ram R/O Palohata P.O. Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 10/1/14 at about 5PM Hari Singh and Nagender Kumar both the resident of same locality came and obstruct his way and beat him up. ASI Trilok Chand I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT
6 Case FIR No. 10/14 dated 11/1/14 U/S 457, 380, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Phula Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Jamla P.O. Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 10-11/01/14 some unknown culprits stole away the goats from her cowshed. ASI Ramswaroop I/C of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
7 Case FIR No. 09/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Laturia Ram R/O Gahar Tehsil sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/01/14 at about 6:15 PM when he was present at Chandias, in man time Jagdish Chand came along with his son and obstruct his way and beat him up . SI Pursottam Dhiman I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
8 95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours
