CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 17/01/14 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 17/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 91 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Surinder Singh S/O Sh. Karam Singh VPO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

Gohar that on 17/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 27 bottles of country liquor & 4 bottles of English wine from the possession of Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram VPO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 17/01/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sabnam W/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O Vill. Dhalara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/14 Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Suresh Kumar and her mother-in-law Rudra Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Amrit Lal I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan WAS issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
