CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1. Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 24/7/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Karsog by ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Pangna that on 24/7/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at near Jaun and during the process of patrolling he recovered 04 Bottles of country Liquor from the shop of Suresh S/O Sh. Hari Singh Village Kalashan PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi HP. ASI Amar Nath I/O PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
2. 206 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 32800/- was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
