CASE   OF   CHEATING  , CRIMINAL  CONSPIRACY  AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.99/15 dated 11/07/15 U/S  420, 120(B) , 406, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar  S/O Late. Sh. Surat Ram R/O  Bhagwanpur PO  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/06/15   Cholamandlam Investment  Finance  Ltd. Company  Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  took away  his  Tempo  Trax  Jeep  (HP32A-1287)  forcibly by  without issuing  any  notice  and   also threatened   him with dire  consequences.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

2       Case FIR No.173/15  dated 12/07/15 U/S  341, 323 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Neera Devi  W/O  Damoder  Dass   R/O  Jhanjhail   PO  Ropari  Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/07/15 Smt.  Reeta Devi  W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh  R/O  Jhanjhail PO  Ropari   obstructed  her way and beat her up.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR  No. 106/15  dated 11/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint  of  Sh.  Chandan Sharma S/O Sh. Harbansh Lal  R/O  Bagala  Muhalla House  No. 23/08  Mandi  at present  Driver  HRTC  Deptt.  that  he was  coming to  Mandi  and when reached  near Radda Bhakhed , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle Rider  came  rashly from  Ahju side and  met with  an accident . HC Desh Raj  No. 41  I.O. of PP  Ghatta  is investigating  the case.

CASE  OF HURT

4        Case FIR No. 185/15 dated 12/07/15 U/S 325 IPC has been  registered  in P.S. Sundernagar  on  the complaint  of Smt.  Ram   Payari  Devi  W/O Sh. Om Parkash   R/O  Halel PO  Kanaid  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that her husband   beat her up and she sustained injuries.   ASI  Parkash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

5        130  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 19,700 /- was  recovered and 8 Challans  were  issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/-  was   recovered  and  1 challan  was issued  under  Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/-   was recovered during last 24 hours.
