CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1         Case FIR No.144/15 dated 04/07/15 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi  W/O Sh. Tej Singh  R/O   Bari  PO  Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP)  her  daughter-in-law Dharmi Devi  obstructed her way  and beat her up. HC  Kamal Singh  No. 79  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

CASE   UNDER   EXPLOSIVE   SUBSTANCE ACT 

 

2          Case FIR No. 171.15 dated 04/07/15  U/S 3,4 of  Explosive Substance  Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint of   Smt.  Lata Devi W/O Sh. Mani Ram  R/O  Chhajwali PO  Dusehra that on 04/07/15  at about  6PM  she alongwith  her  husband  were taking their pet  animals to  chowshed after  grazing  , in the mean time  an ox    sustained  injuries in his mouth due to  chewing  some explosive  substance .  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 172/15 dated 05/07/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the  complaint  of Sh. Tek Chand  S/o Sh. Lachhman R/O  Lohara Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/07/15  he  alongwith  Mahesh Kumar  were coming to  home, in the mean time  Yshu, Luckey and  his friends  obstructing  their way and  beat up  them  and they sustained injuries  and also threatened them with dire consequences .   HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 168/15 dated 04/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Maheshwar Singh  S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O  Latehra PO  Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 04/07/15  when he was at Paplog Bazzar, in the mean time  three person came  there and  obstructed  his way and  beat him up.  HC Vijay  Kumar  No. 866  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCE  AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT  AND HURT

5        Case FIR No.180/15 dated 05/07/15  U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Paras Ram  R/O  Drubal PO  Kot  Tung Tehsil  Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that he  is working as a Lineman in HPSEB Deptt. at  Kanaid  Section . On  04/07/15   when he was on duty in the mean time  Krishan  Chand  S/O  Sh. Totu  Ram  R/O   Kanaid  obstructed him  from discharging  his duty  and beat him up .  SI  Madan Lal  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

6       Case FIR No.  34/15 dated  05/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of  Sh.  Dault   Ram  S/O Sh. Devi  Ram  R/O Lagher PO  Giun  Tehsil Dharampur  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he    alongwith Hirdu  were  going to home, in the mean time  Shyam Lal  S/O Sh.  Sant  Ram   resident of the same  locality   obstructed  their way and beat him up. ASI Bidhi Chand  I/O of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7        190   Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 30,100/-  was  recovered  and 22  challans  were     issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2200/-  was recovered  and 11 challans  were  issued under Mining  Act and  fine of Rs. 13,500  was  recovered    during last 24 hours.
