CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 115/15 dated 31/07/15 U/S 341,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kumar S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar VPO Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi HP that Milkhi Ram, Guglu , Akshu and Mittu all resident of Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed his way, abused him and beat him up. ASI Sukesh Kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 114/15 dated 30/7/2015 U/S 279,337 of  IPC &187 of  MV ACT has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Jaffa Ram R/O Vill. Garoru PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi HP that on 30/7/2015 at about 7:45 PM he and his wife  Meera Devi were going to his cowshed by road when they reached near timber machine in a mean time a M/Cycle( HP29A-5135) came very rashly from Jogindernagar side and  hit to his wife. She sustained injuries. Insp./SHO Sita Ram of PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 197/15 dated 30/07/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Lakshman Dass R/O VPO Harabag Teh& PS Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP that on 30/07/15 at about 6:00 PM when he was going towards his home his uncle Sudama Ram S/O Sh. Krishan Chand obstructed his way, abused and beat him  up. HC Tek Chand  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 199/15 dated 31/07/15 U/S 451,447,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmala Koundal W/O Kamleshwar Singh R/O VPO Jarol Teh& PS Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP that on dated 29/7/15 at about 4:30 PM Lekh Ram  and Murari P/O Gudahan entered in his house  and threaten her with dire  consequence .  ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 198/15 dated 31/07/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Tulsi Ram R/O Vill Lathwan P/O Ladrour Teh& PS Bhoranj Distt Hamirpur that on 31/07/15 he was going to  towards Bilaspur by his Truck ( HP55-0909) when he reached near Kangu in the  mean time  a HRTC Bus (HP31A-4603) came very rashly  from opposite side  and collided with his truck and  13  persons   who were boarded on said   Bus sustained  injuries.  ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

6.     184 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28700/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 was recovered during last 24 hours.
