CASE UNDER NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR NO. 157/15 dated  17/07/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal  that he laid nakka    at Khotinala along with  other staff members and during the course of nakka he recovered 700 Gram  cannabis from the  a car  (HP-01K-0560)  and both occupants of said car sped away from the spot.   ASI Ram Lal I.O. of  PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

2. Case FIR No. 185/15 dated 17/7/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Girija Nand S/O Uttam Chand R/O Village Mundru PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on 17/07/15 when he was going to his home at that time Udham Singh and his son Sandeep and Aishwrya obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 186/15 dated 18/7/15 U/S 451,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Udham Singh S/O Dumna Ram R/O Village Mundru PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on dated 17/7/15 at about 8:30 PM Girija  Nnad came in his courtyard    abused him and threaten him with dire  onsequences. HC Kamal Kant  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 105/15 dated 18/07/15  U/S  341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O  Sh. Devi Roop R/O Tungadhar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on dated 17/07/2015  at about 8 PM   he came back to his home from Odidhar, an Dole Ram S/O  Luharu Ram  R/O Tungadhar PO  Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi  obstructed  his way, beat him up and  threatened him with  dire consequences. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST GOVERNMENT SERVANTS & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 180/15 dated 17/07/2015 U/S  353,332,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat   on the complaint of Rattan Chand  S/O Sh. Rohal Ram R/O Vill Kharoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi  (HP) working as senior Asstt. in Tehsil Office Baldwara,  Pyare Lal S/O Sh Mastu R/O VPO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt Mandi entered inside the  office   and beat him up  and also threatened   to him.   Case is being investigated by SI Parveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli.

6. Case FIR No. 187/15 dated 17/07/2015 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Late Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Tharu PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her brother-in-law entered in her room and beat her up and also threatened her along with her children with dire consequences. ASI Rajinder Thakur Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST GOVERNMENT SERVANTS

7. Case FIR No. 94/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Nabh Sharma S/O SH. Madho Prasad R/O Vill. Ghor PO Riyur Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) at present driver with HRTC Depot Mandi that on 18/07/2015 he was on its way along with an A/F bus bounded from Jiuri to  Dharmshala route and when reached at Kot Gali, driver of truck (HP24C-6477) beat him up. ASI Bhom Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

8. 215 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 42,700 /-  was  recovered  and 21  challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2100/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
