CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 

1          Case FIR No.91/15 dated 01/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint  of Sh. Ramdei W/O Sh. Tawey  Ram  R/O  Ghartehar PO  Ruhamani Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/06/15  at Ghartehar, Prakash Chand  S/O Sh. Brestu Ram  came  alongwith  his wife  Maina Devi   R/O  Ghartehar  PO  Ruhmani Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP), obstructing her  way and beat  her  up.  HC  Sarvan Kumar No. 917  I.O. of PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.

2         Case FIR No. 164/15 dated 01/07/15  U/S 341, 506, 406   IPC has been  in P.S.  Balh on the complaint  of  Smt.  Rajkumari W/O Sh. Ranji Dass R/O  Doh PO  Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  27/05/15    Pal Singh  S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram  resident of  same locality      took her wheat with husk by obstructing  her way  and also threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of  PP Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

3          Case  FIR No. 68/15  dated 01/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC  has been registered  in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar on  the complaint of  Sh.  Mast Ram  S/O  Late. Sh. Mani  Ram  R/O  Khandoru PO  Gaira Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present  VPO  Mahadev  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 01/07/15  Naresh Kumar  R/O   Mahadev  obstructing  his way and  beat him up  and  he sustained  injuries .  HC  Ram  Lal   No. 543  I.O. of  PS   Colony  Sundernagar  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No.178/15 dated 01/07/15  U/S 447, 504, 506  IPC has been registered  in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Akbar Ali  W/O  Sh.  Gulam Muhmad R/O  Dink Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/15  Halim Ansari  entered  in  her   field  and  threatened  her  with dire consequences.  SI  Balak  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

5          Case FIR No.  163/15  dated 02/07/15  U/S  341, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint   of  Sh.  Krishan Chand  S/O Sh. Bhag  Singh  R/O  Kothi  Bashi  PO  Cholthara Teshil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 01/07/15  Suresh Kumar  obstructed  his  way and beat him  up .  HC  Ravi  Kant  No. 02 I.O.  of P.S. Sarkaghat   is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 162/15  dated 01/07/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by SI  Parveen Kumar  I/C of PP  Halti    that he was on patrolling  alongwith  other  police officials  at  Smaila  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 12  Bottles of   Country  Liquor  and  2 Bottles of English  Wine  from the possession of  Kartar Singh  S/O Sh. Gulaba Ram  R/O  Katoh PO  Trifalghat Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi  (HP) . SI  Praveen Kumar  I/C of PP  Hatli  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND  CRIMINAL BREACH OF  TRUST

7          Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 01/07/15  U/S 420, 406  IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar  on  the  complaint  of Sh. Saran Singh  R/O  Drugh Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) that  he has been   set up the arrangement of  his  son's  marriage  during  month   April, 2015  by   giving  Amout  Rs  13000/-   advance to  Band Party , Dhani  Ram  R/O  Tulah  Tehsil Lad-Bharol  , in spite of  advance  payment  said  Band party not came  in  marriage and  also refused to return that  Amount  . ASI  Vinod  Singh  I/C of  PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.  

  CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8          Case  FIR No. 99/15 dated 01/07/15  U/S  39  of HP  Excise  Act has  been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI  Vinod  Singh  I/C of PP  Lad-Bharol that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Sanda and during the course of patrolling he recovered  16 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Duni Chand  R/O  Sanda Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Vinod  Kumar  I/C of PP  Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

9          Case FIR No. 88/15 dated 01/07/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint  of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Sh.  Amar Singh  R/O  Shihal PO  Chouridhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 01/07/15  a Motor Cycle  which was ridden by  Sanjay Kumar , came rashly  and met with an accident  at  Dhuramu Mod  and sustained injuries.  ASI  Amar  Singh  I.O. of  P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10        216   Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 38,800 /-  was  recovered  and 2challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 300/-  was recovered  and  2 challans  were issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 11,700/-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
