CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY   AND INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.166/15 dated 28/07/15  U/S 451, 509, 504, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Smt.  Nila Devi W/O Sh. Mahender Pal  R/O  Dwahan  Sari  PO Kot  Tungal  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/07/15  Bharat Bhushan S/O Sh. Prakesh Chand &  Hukkam  Chand  both  are  the resident of same locality entered  in her  courtyard and  started to abuse her.  HC  Amrit Lal  No. 413 I/O of  PP  Kotli  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case  FIR No. 167/15 dated 29/07/15 U/S 279,337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Pandoh  by  HC Gopal  Singh  No.9 that on  today he was on  traffic   checking  duty  alongwith  rider   Const.  Chet Ram  No. 91  at  Sambal, in  the mean  time  a   Motor Cycle (  PB56B-9958)  came  rashly  and hit to constable  Chet  Ram No. 91.  In  this accident   said Motor Cycle rider  and  constable Chet Ram  both sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I/O of PP  Pandoh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ARSON

3        Case FIR No. 69/15  dated 28/07/15  U/S 436  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Maghru Ram  S/O  Late. Sh. Kantu Ram  R/O  Gahang PO  Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/07/15  Kanshi Ram resident of the same locality  set his house on fire and burnt  the  four rooms containing  Articles. ASI  Joginder Singh   I.O of  P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.

4        Case FIR No. 78/15  dated 28/07/15  U/S 341, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar on the  com plaint of Miss  Puja D/O Sh. Roop  Chand  R/O  Kot  PO  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present   Basco   Service  Punana Bazar  that  Sh.  Veenit Kumar  R/O  Purana Bazzar Sundernagar   obstructed her way  and   abusing  her, also threatened  her   with  dire consequences.  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT  AND  INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 195/15 dated 29/07/15  U/S 451, 323, 504  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Bhup Singh  S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O  Chakrot PO  Maloh  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/07/15  Narender Singh  resident of the same locality  obstructed   his way  beat him up .  ASI  Parkash  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

6          Case FIR No. 196/15  dated 29/07/15  U/S 447, 427, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Shyam Lal   Talwar S/O Sh. Chet  Ram  Talwar R/O Chougan PO  Bhangrotu  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that he  is  the  owner  of Land  Khasara No. 5111/2336 at Dehri Gol Bagh near Mahamaya Temple   and  also fenced  said  land  through  boundary wall  but  unauthorized  encroachment   by Smt.  Shyama Devi  and her son-in-law  Hans  Raj by dismantled said  boundary wall. HC  Nand   Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7        Case FIR No.199/15  dated 28/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devi  Ram S/O Sh. Dahlu  Ram  R/O  Jaroli  PO  Siyanji  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 27/06/15  he was   was going to his home  in the mean time  Khjan Singh  R/O Sh. Sethal  obstructing his way and beat him up .  HC  Manoj  Kumar No. 50  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

8         167 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.20,000/-  was recovered  and 2  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 200/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
