 CASE OF   OFFENCE  AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR  No. 154/15  dated 16/07/15  U/S 353, 341, 332, 504, 506, 186, 189    IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sadar   by  Constable  Budhi  Singh  No. 759   that on 15/07/15  he was on patrolling alongwith  HHG  Jodh  Singh  No. 6/1-65  and during the course of patrolling  they   found that   Rakesh  Kumar &   Vinod  Kumar  were  beating to  Hukkam Chand  &  Desh Raj on the road  at  Bhiuli  Chowk and  when  he  tried to  escape them , in the mean time   said    Rakesh  &  Vinod  started to beat    him  and also  torn  his uniform  and threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Laxmi  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

2          Case FIR No. 153/15 dated 15/07/15  U/S  283  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP  Kotli  that  on 15/07/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials   Kotli  Bazzar and during  the course of patrolling he found that  a  rehari of vegetables was  laid  on the road by  Jai  Singh  S/O Sh. Karam Singh  R/O  Dharwahan Tehsil  Kotli  Distt. Mandi which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C of PP  Kotli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 184/15  dated 15/07/15  U/s 342,  323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Smt.  Hira Devi  W/O Sh. Gian  Chand  R/O  Garlauni  PO Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 15/07/15 when she was present in her  room , in the  mean time   her  husband , father-in-law, mother-in-law  beat her up and she  sustained injuries and also threatened  with dire consequences.  HC  Raj  Kumar  No. 27  I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CHEATING  , CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY   AND  FORGERY

4          Case FIR No.111/15 dated 15/07/15  U/S 420, 467, 471, 120(B)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Surender  Singh  S/O Sh. Som  Dutt R/O  Draman Tehsil Shahpur Distt. Kangra(HP) that   Vipin  Sharma  S/O Sh. Madan  Lal  Sharma  R/O  Banuri  Tehsil Palampur  Distt. Kangra  (HP) &  Vivek  Sharma  S/O  Hans  Raj Sharma    members  management  committee   head   Crescent  Sen.  Sec.  School   . Both the said   person  cheating him by  not to  transfer  the  vehicle   on he  name  of school .  HC  Sanjeev  Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case  FIR No.  110/15 dated 15/07/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Singh  S/O Sh.  Puran  Chan d R/O  Khuddar PO Bassi  Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 15/07/15  when he was present in his  courtyard , in the mean time a  Car (HP76-1804)  came rashly and     crushed   a lady  namely  Meenu   alongwith  her children. HC   Thakur  Singh  I.O. of PP Bassi is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6         Case FIR No. 178/15 dated 15/07/15  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by SI  Parveen Kumar   that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  3000  ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of   Sh. Pawan  Kumar  S/O  Late. Sh.  Roshan  Lal R/O   Hariyali  Tanda PO Bhambla Tehsil  Bhambla Distt.  Mandi(HP) . SI Parveen Kumar  I/C of PP  Hatli is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7            Case FIR No.  186/15 dated  15/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hukkam Chand S/O Sh. Jagdish   Ram  R/O  Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin   Distt.  Bilaspur (HP) that on 14/07/15   he was  coming to  Bilaspur from Kullu  by  his Car( HP24D-1800)  and  when   he reached  near   Jarol , in the mean time  a  another Car( HP58-3158)  came from opposite side and  stopped his car  and unknown persons beat him up and he sustained injuries.   HC  Pawan  Kumar   No. 919  I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTNG WAY  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8         Case FIR No. 103/15  dated 16/07/15  U/S  341, 323,504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Rajesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Rattam Chand   VPO  Janjehli  Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on  15/07/15  he was  going to  his  home, in the  mean  time  Manoj Kumar  resident of same locality obstructed his way  and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI Jeet  Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

9          271   Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.29,200/-  was  recovered  and 12 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1700/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
