CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

Case FIR No. 182/15 dated 20/07/15 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram S/O Late Parma Ram R/O Village Naloh, PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP)  that he works as laborer  in  PWD Dept., and on 20/07/2015  Ramesh Chand abused and man-handled with him. He also beat him up.  HC Dalip Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT

Case FIR N0. 67/15 dated 21/07/15 U/S 289 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O  Lt. Sh. Hem Chand, Village Chhipnu PO Bijani tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP that on  17/07/15 when he was going on his way in the mean time Shesh Ram's pet dog bit  him. HC vijay kumar I/O PP Kamand is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND HURT

Case FIR No 106/15 dated 21/7/15 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Chhape Ram Vill Bosha PO Diyar Tehsil Bhuntar Distt. Kullu HP that on 19/7/15 Chaman Lal obstructed  his way and beat him up. he sustained  injuries. HC Shravan Kumar I/O PP Janjelhi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND HURT

Case FIR No 112/15 dated 20/7/2015 U/S 451,323,352,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Kumar  S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Village Hargunain, PO Harabag, Tehsil Joginder Nagar, Distt. Mandi, HP  that on 14/07/2015 at about 5:00 PM Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Lekh Raj, Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Raj, Meena Kumari W/O Sh. Dharam Chand All R/O Village Hargunain, PO Harabag, Tehsil Joginder Nagar, Distt. Mandi, entered  in his courtyard  and abused and beat him up. they also threatened him and his family with dire consequences. HC Hoshiar Singh I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

Case FIR No. 191/15 dated 21/7/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Girja Devi W/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Village Dugrain PO Brikhmani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi HP that on 21/7/15 Shankar and his wife Kamla Devi,and Tilak Raj S/O Hem Chand obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

192 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25500/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered and 02 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100 was recovered during last 24 hours.
