CRIME REPORT ON 11 JULY

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 105/15 dated 11/7/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Halki Devi W/O Sh. Labh Singh R/O Vill. Kahi Dhar PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. MANDI HP that on 11/7/2015 at about 7:15 AM she was going to her cowshed at that time Dharm Dass S/O Sh. Mutalvi  obstructed her way abused her and also beat her up. She sustained injuries. HC Hoshiar singh  I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 79/15 dated 10/7/2015 U/S 279 IPC & 187 of  MV Act has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tejinder Kumar S/O Sh. Khebe Ram Village Pali PO Panarsa Tehsil Aut Distt Mandi HP that on 10/07/15 at about 5:25 PM he was going to Mandi by his Auto Number HP66-3853 and when he reached in the Aut Tunnel a Tipper No HP66-2398 came rashly and negligently overtook his Auto  and collapsed with a Jeep Number HP65-3704 which was coming from Mandi side. HC Yoginder Pal I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 181/15 dated 10/7/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Dhaneshwari Devi W/O Tek Singh R/O Village Malhnu PO Chunahan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on dated 10/7/15 at about 6:30 PM when she was going to her home her Brother-In-Law Yog Raj and his son Amar Singh obstructed her way, abused her and beat her up. Due to this she sustained injuries. HC Dharmender  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No.182/15 dated 11/7/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint  of  Sh. Amar Singh S/O Yog Raj R/O Village Malhnu PO Chunahan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on dated 11/7/15 at about 9:45 AM when he was coming to his home at that time Sonu S/O Tek Chand obstructed his way and beat him up and He sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5. 175 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 29600/-  Was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.500/- Was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
