CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 73/15 dated 02/07/15 U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt.  Vidya Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar  R/O  Jhiri PO  Nagwain Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 30/06/15  she along with her son  Vikrant  were  going  to her home, in the mean time  Ajay  Kumar  obstructed  their  way and beat her  said son  and  she also lost   her  golden ear  rings  during the  quarrel.    HC  Sanjeev Kumar  No.69   I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY   AND HURT

 

2          Case FIR No. 74/15 dated 03/07/15  U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has  been  registered  in  P.S.  Aut on  the complaint of Sh. Devki Nadan S/O Sh. Jai  Singh  R/O  Kasod PO  Khola Nal Tehsil Balichowki  Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening  night of  02-03/07/15  at  Kasod ,  Kapish, Damodar Dass,  Jiwan Lal  &  Ghanshyam  obstructing  his way and  beat him up  and  he sustained  injuries. SI  Gopal  Singh  I/C of  PP  Bali Chowki is investigating  the case.     

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR  No. 165/15 dated 02/07/15  U/S 452, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Damodar Dass  R/O  Diyargi  Tehsil Balh  Distt Mandi  (HP)   that on 01/07/15  he was  present in his shop , in the mean time  Surrender S/O Sh. Balak Ram  &  Nitu   S/O Sh. Balak Ram  both are  resident of  Salwahan entered in his shop and beat him up and  he sustained  injuries and  also threatened him with dire consequences. HC  Rajmal No. 875  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No.164/15  dated 02/07/15  U/S 447, 323, 506  IPC  has been  registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt. Rattni Devi  W/O Sh. Hem Chand  R/O  Daroli PO  Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 02/07/15  Prakash Chand resident  of same locality, entered in her land, beat  her up and  also threatened  her with dire consequences. HC  Dalip Singh   No. 911  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

5          187   Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.40,200 /-  was  recovered  and 1Challan  was    issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 100/-  was recovered  and  1challan  was issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 7000 /-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
