CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 64/15 dated 13/07/15 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Man Singh S/O Sh. Thakar Dass R/o Vill. Duthalu Nala, PO Kamand, Tehsil Sadar, Distt Mandi HP that on dated 13/07/15 when he was caming from Mandi to Kamand by a Private Bus No. HP22B-3783 and when said Bus reached at place Dadu,  driver of the bus hit the bus with a hill. In this accident one lady Smt. Kamala Devi R/o Katoula died on the spot and 15-18 passengers sustained  injures. All  injured passengers were admitted to ZH Mandi. ASI Chiranji Lal  I/C PP Kamand is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 183/15 dated 13/7/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of  Miss Yogita Negi D/O Sh. Rajender Singh Negi R/O VPO Jangi, Tehsil Murang, Distt. Kinaur that on  13/7/15 at about 3:45 PM when she was going towards Mandi by car no. HP65-4479  and when reached at near Gutkar a  recovery van hit  her car due to which her car damaged. HC Rajmal  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESSPASS AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No 107/17 dated 14/7/15 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pushpa Devi D/O Sh. Chandu R/O Vill Navrot, PO Dhalwan, Teh. Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi HP that she is living in a rented  room  for last 10 years. on  14/7/15 at about 5:45 AM  Rajpal @ Raju S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand came there and  beat her up,She sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF  FOREST ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 41,42 of  Indian Forest Act and U/S 379 of IPC has been registered at PS Aut by HC Yoginder Pal  I/O PS aut that on 14/07/15 at about 5:30 AM he was on Naka duty at Panjain road along with other police officials and during the process of Naka he recovered 06  frames of doors, 08 frames of windows  and 04 piece of Kayal tree which were being transported without permission by a jeep no. HP32A-2254. Ishwar Dass S/O Tara Chand VPO Sainj Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi and Tek Singh S/O Tharu Ram Vill. Dabno PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi and Hem Raj S/O Sh. Sagar Dass Vill. Dabno PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi HP. Above  persons  have been arrested. HC Yoginder Pal is investigating the case.

 CHALLANS

5.      258 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of RS. 36100/-  Was recovered and 21 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.2500/- Was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
