CASE OF ROAD   ACCIDENT

1      Case FIR No.98/15 dated 09/07/15  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Sh. Virbhadra Singh  S/O Sh. Pyare Ram  R/O  Narot PO Thunag  Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/15  he was going to Thunag by his  Motor Cycle (HP32A-1588)  and  he reached near Katwandhi, in the mean time a Jeep(HP65-1097) came rashly  and hit to his  Motor Cycle  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Surender Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND   INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 169/15  dated 08/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shiv  Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O  Karnohal PO  Sajao Piplu  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that on 08/07/15  Biri Singh , Bunti and  his  daughter-in-law  obstructed  his way and beat him up.  HC  Ravi  Kant  I.O. of   P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case

CASE OF HURT

3        Case FIR No. 170/15  dated 08/07/15  U/S 325, 323, 34 IPC has been registered inP.S. Sarkaghat onf the complaint of  Sh. Kishori  Lal  S/O Sh. Sainu Ram  R/O  Majhyath PO  Balhara Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/07/15  Bhoop  Singh  S/O Sh. Kahan Singh resident of same locality   &  Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bhagat  Ram  R/O  Ghanalag PO  Balhara   beat him up and he sustained injuries.  SI  Parveen  Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No.171/15 dated 09/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of  Sahil Thakur S/O Sh. Anil  Kumar R/O  Behad PO  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   today  Rohit  Thakur  S/O Sh. Girdhari  Lal  R/O  Janjhel PO  Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat obstructed his way  and beat him up.  HC  Vijay  Kumar No.866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 182/15  dated 08/07/15  U/S 498(A) , 323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the  complaint of  Smt. Anita Kumari W/O Sh. Manoj  Kumar R/O  Upper  Chamba PO  Jambla Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  she was married  with  Manoj Kumar . But after some time of marriage her husband  and Mother-in-law  started to harass her physically and mentally  by demanding  dowry . On 07/07/15  her husband  beat her up brutally  and  she sustained injuries.  ASI   Brij  Lal  I/C of PP  Dehar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No. 37/15  dated  09/07/15  U/S 451, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of   Dr. Prateek Koushal MO,   PHC  Mahari that   Vijay Kumar   entered  in the courtyard  of his home and abusing him and  also threatened him with dire consequence.   ASI Bidhi Chand  I/O of P.S. Dharampur is investigating  the case.

CASE OF FOREST ACT

 

7        Case FIR No. 77/15 dated 09/07/15  U/S 379, 34 IPC & U/S 41, 42  IF Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on  the complaint   of  Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Gita Nand  R/O  Dali  PO  Panjai  Sub- Tehsil  Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/15  when he was  present  in courtyard of his home,  he saw a light  in   Thari  forest  and  found that   Uttam Ram S/O Sh. Iswar Dass  R/O  Gatla PO  Panjai &  Munsi  Ram  S/O Sh. Dault  Ram   R/O  Bandhi Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi  were  carrying  the logs  of  Deodar .  S.I. Gopal  Singh  I/C of PP Bali  Chowki is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

8        395  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.58,900/-  was  recovered  and 19 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2100/-  was recovered and  1  challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.4550/- was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
