CASE OF OFFENCE  AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT

1        Case FIR No. 143/15 dated 04/07/15 U/S 353,332, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of   HHG, Padam Dev   S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O  Khalona PO  Bassi Tehsil Chchiot  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 03/07/15  at about 11:25 PM  he was on nakkbandi  duty at  Sakodi bridge ,  Kritosh Guleria &  Dhiraj Guleria  both are  the resident of   Panjati came  by  Car(HP33D-1007)  and  when  Padam Dev   stopped    the  said  car ,  in  the mean time  above   both occupants of  said  car started  to  beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Bhagat Ram  No. 905  I.O.  PP  City  Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 179/15  dated 03/07/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  ASI Rajinder Singh I/C  PP  Slapper  that on 03/07/15   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Slapper  and during the course of   patrolling he recovered  7 Bottles  of  Country Liquor  from the  possession of  Jagdish Chand  S/O Sh. Ram Singh  R/O  Khurahal  Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Rajinder Singh  I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

3        Case FIR No.92/15  dated 04/07/15  U/S 451,  448 , 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Singh  S/O Sh. Lachhmu R/O Kuther  PO  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  04/07/15  Bheem Singh  came  alongwith Kevlu  Ram, entered in the   his   courtyard and  beat him up and  he sustained  injuries.  HC  Deep  Chand  No. 910  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF PREVENTION  OF  DAMAGE TO  PUBLIC  PROPERTY  ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 167/15 dated 03/07/15  U/S  3 of ( Prevention of   Damage  of  Public  Property Act )  has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Basudev Pradhan  Gram Panchyat  Sorya  that on  02/07/15  Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Todar R/O  Dolangi  came to  site  where   drain is  being  constructed  under  scheme  MANREGA and damaged  to the    said  constructed drain .  ASI  jagdish  Kumar I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the  case.

 

 CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT 

5        Case FIR No.168/1 5 dated 03/07/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of  Sh. Pranhu Ram S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O  Mandir Tanda PO  Lohara Tehsil     Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/07/15  he alongwith   his cousin    Deepak  Kumar  were  going to his home by  Scooty (HP33C-7667)  and when they reached near  Syanh, in the mean time  a Jeep(HP72-12-03) came from   Baggi  side  rashly  and   hit his said scooty and  his  cousin  sustained  injuries.  ASI  Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE  OF  HURT 

6        Case FIR No. 89/15  dated 04/07/15  U/S 323, 325  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint  of Sh.  Geeta  Ram    R/O  Dehari  PO  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/07/15  Kehar Singh   beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Vijay  Kumar   No. 411   I.O. of  P.S.  Karsog   is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CHEATING, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST , CRIMINAL MISAPPROPRIATION   AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7        Case  FIR No. 165/1 5 dated 03/07/15  U/S  403, 405, 406, 413, 415, 418, 420, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Branch  Manager  Mr.  Kali  Jung , Himachal  Gramin Bank  Baldwara  that on 02/03/12    Naresh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Hem Raj  R/O  Baldwara Distt.  Mandi  & Kiran   Kumar  Sharma  M/S  mahabir  Auto  Mobile  VPO Bangrotu  Tehsil Sadar   Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  R/O Chandesh  PO  Gehra  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)    applied the  loan Amounting  to    Rs  20,00000/-  to  purchase  Earth mover  But  Both  dishonestly  misappropriated  the  Money  and   they did not   purchase any earth mover   from against  sanction loan amount.  SI  Parveen Kumar I/C of PP Hatli  is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

8        Case FIR No. 166/15 dated 04/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh  VPO  Grouru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/07/15  a Tipper   driver  came alongwith  two persons  and  beat him up  and   he sustained  injuries.  HC  Vijay  Kumar I.O. o P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

 CASE  OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9        Case FIR No. 167/15 dated 04/907/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Dalip Singh  R/O  Panol PO  Amarpur Tehsil  Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur that on 04/07/15  he  was   coming from Manali to Jalandher by  his   Baolero Jeep  alongwith a passenger ,  when  he reached  near  Dhalwan in  the   mean time  a Motor Cycl rider  alongwith another person  and obstructed his way  and beat him up  and  also threatened  him with dire consequences.  SI  Praveen  Kumar I/C of PP  Hatli is investigating  the case.

10      199  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.37,200/-  was  recovered  and 6 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
