CRIME REPORT ON 24 JULY


  1. Today Sh. Sanjay Kundu, IPS, worthy Addl. Director General of Police, Law & Order, Himachal Pradesh along with Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS, S.P. Mandi, Sh. Rajesh Kumar, HPS,  Dy.S.P. (Hqrs) Mandi, District Mandi and Sh. Kulbhushan Verma, HPS, SDPO Sundernagar inspected the control rooms established at Pandoh dam and at Larji dam to share all kinds of  information and rescue  about the accident took place yesterday in the jurisdiction of district Kullu.

            The worthy ADGP, Law &  Order, S.P. Mandi,  Dy. S.P. (Hqrs) District  Mandi          and SDPO  Sundernagar  also inspected  all  vulnerable spots from Pandoh towards-Larji and upto the place of incident where said ill fated bus fell down in the Parvati river on Bhunder-Manikaran road. The W/ADGP Law & Order has also given necessary directions to the police officers/officials at control rooms and rescue teams at various places.

            S.P. Mandi has  established the control rooms at Larji having contact No. 01905-228028  (P.S. Aut) and at  Pandoh having contact numbers 01905-223374, 1077.  Rescue operation is on progress.

CASE OF ABDUCTION/KIDNAPPING

  1. Case FIR No. 186/15 dated 23/07/2015 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a person resident of Dev Bararta Teshil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/07/2015 his daughter went to Sarkaghat along with her aunty and she didn't come back so far. He suspects that Ashish Kumar @ Bunty S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O Maseran Galu kidnapped his daughter. SI Nardev I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

  1. Case FIR No. 196/15 dated 24/07/2015 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Sh. Thakur Dass S/O Late Sh. Gokul R/O Vill. Tikkar Kalan  PO Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/07/2015 his son Lekh Raj committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance and he wrote in his suicide note that he is going to commit suicide due to torture by his wife  and her relatives. ASI Sahib Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

  1. Case FIR No. 191/15 dated 23/07/2015 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. HUkam Chand S/O Sh. Dharma Nand R/O Vill. Jau PO Seri Banglo Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi at present Child help Line Mandi that on 21/07/2015 four children   kidnapped by some unknown persons. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of  P.S. Sunderangar is investigating the case.

 

 

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

  1. Case FIR No. 192/15 dated 23/07/2015 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Jubeda W/O Sh. Hasan Ali VPO Dhawan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that her sister namely Rafia married with Dildar R/O Mandimanya District Bilaspur (HP) and he is torturing her sister. ASI Balak Ram I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR NO. 193/15 dated 23/07/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kanaid and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Chilu Ram R/O Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 162/15 dated 24/07/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Vill. Paplehad PO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/07/2015he as going by his motor cycle (HP33C-2193) along with his friend from Mandi towards Sauli Khud and when reached near Gurudwara a Jeep came rashly and negligently from Pandoh side hit their M/Cycle and sped away from the spot. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

  1. 201 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 26100/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800 was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
