1 Case FIR No. 101/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Purnu Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Dadhoun PO Ruhmani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14 /07/15 Vir Singh & Kishori Lal resident of the same locality obstructed her way and beat her hp and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/15 DeshRaj, Ashok Kumar & Purnu Devi obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. 3 Case FIR No.176/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Rajesh Kumar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Jeevan Lal S/O Sh. Luxman Singh R/O Tikkari Sadhwani PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No.177/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Nardev that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 Bottles of Country Liquor & 3 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Suman Kumar S/O Pursotam Kumar R/O Bakarta PO Rakohah Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP). SI Nardev I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
5 Case FIR No. 149/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kotli Bazzar and during the course of patrolling he found that a rehri of vegetables was laid on the road by Roop Lal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Kalothar PO Dawahan Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No.150/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 451, 325, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Saini Mohari PO Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/07/15 Nag Singh , Mamta, Rajeev, Kanchan, Parkash Chand , Meena, Rama Devi , Neeraj & Tinku entered in his courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 15/07/15 Yaswant Singh S/O Sh. Gian Chand & Pankaj obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
8 Case FIR No.71/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Singh S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O House No. 940/31 Purana Housing Board Rohtak Distt. Rohtak(HR) that on 14/07/15 he was present near Naulakha, in the mean time a Car(HP31A-9057) which was driven by Rajinder Kumar came rashly and hit another Car(HP07-0525) from behind . HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9 Case FIR No. 186/15 dated 15/7/15 U/S 342, 323, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hakam Chand S/O Sh. Jagdish Ram VPO Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur HP that on 14/7/15 at 10:30 PM when he was going to Bilaspur by his car No.HP24D-1800 and when he reached at Jarol at that time a car no HP58-3158 came from opposite side and obstructed his way. After that two unknown persons came out from the above car and beat him upand he sustained injuries. HC Pawan Kumar I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT
10 Case FIR No. 38/15 dated 14/07/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Dharampur by Insp/SHO Amar Singh that on 14/07/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nalua and during the process of patrolling he recovered 23,400 ML Bear from the possession of Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Mangat Ram Vill. Bardana PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP. Insp/SHO Amar Singh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
11 Case FIR No. 108/15 dated 15/07/15 dated 324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Harad-Beharu PO Chauntra Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/07/15 Lajjo Devi, Shakuntla Devi & Rohit Kumar resident of same locality beat him alongwith his wife and both of them sustained injuries. ASI Tarsem Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
12 Case FIR No. 109/15 dated 15/07/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Sletegodam PO Yol Tehsil Dahramsala Distt. Kangra(HP) that on 15/07/15 he alongwith Bharat Kumar were coming back to their home from Barot by Motor Cycle(HP39C-4548) and his brother Sakti was also riding another Motor Cycle(HP39B-8477) and when they reached near Ghatasani, in the mean time a Vehicle came rashly and hit his Motor Cyle and his Brother's Motor Cycle also . ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
13 220 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 32,200/- was recovered and 20 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
