CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.  Case FIR No. 96/15dated 7/7/15 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Sultan Singh Vill. Bunali Dhar PO Chiuni Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi  that on 6/7/15 when he was going to his home at 8:30PM and when  reached at Niharthach at that time  Hari Krishan S/O Sh. Keshev Ram Vill. Chet PO Chiuni Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi obstructed his way, abused him and beat  him up. HC Sharwan Kumar  I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

2.  Case FIR No. 97/15dated 8/7/15 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Krishan S/O Sh.Keshev Ram Village Gadagaun PO Chiuni Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi that on 6/7/15 when he was going to his home at 08:00/08:30PM and when reached  at Chiuni at that time Sher Singh S/O Sh. Sultan singh Vill. Bunali Dhar PO Chiuni Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi obstruct his way abused him and beat him up. HC Sharwan Kumar  I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.  Case FIR No. 148/15 dated 8/7/15 U/S 451,336,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Neeraj Kumar S/O Sh. Parkash Chand R/O Saini Mohari PO Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP that on  7/7/2015 at about 11:30 PM Balbir Singh came to his home  start to abuse his Family and thrown some stone on his house and threatened them with dire consequences. HC Kamal Singh I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.  Case FIR No. 103/15 dated 7/7/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi that on 07/07/15 he was on Naka duty and during the course of Nakabandi he recovered 05 Liter Illicit Liquor from the possession of  Tek chand @ Tehanku Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Mirju Ram R/O Matkehar PO Drahal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.  Case FIR No 169/15 dated 08/07/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand Village Karnohal PO Sajao Piplu, Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi stated that on dated 08/07/15 Biri Singh , his son Bunty and Daughter-in-law restrained his way and beat him up. H C Ravi Kant IO PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

6.  Case FIR No. 177/15 dated 7/7/15 U/S 306,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O Baisakhi Ram R/O Bhori Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi that his daughter namely Neeta @ Neetu was married with Kamlesh Kumar S/O Roop Lal R/O Village Jalah PO Lohara. After her marriage Her father-In-Law Roop Lal and his brother Satpal has started to tease and  harasse her mentally and physically. Theyt also used to beat  her up. Due to all this his daughter took  suicide. SI Vikash Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

7.  Case FIR No. 178/15 dated 8/7/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered  at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Nand Lal R/O Village Ghaur PO Reur Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on  7/7/15 at about 8:30 PM a car no. CH01S 0056 fell down from the road near Chambe Ka Nal. Due to this driver of the car Bhoop Singh and one another person Rakesh Kumar got injured.This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of car driver. HC Malkit Singh  I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8.  234 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 34400/- was recovered and 25 Challans were issued under COTPA Act  and fine of Rs. 2900/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
