CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 187/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh as per the medical report received from Medical Officer Z.H. Mandi that on 12/07/2015 Chaman Lal beat up his father Sh. Sohan Lal S/O SH. Tawaru Ram R/O Darvyas PO Thinagalu and he sustained grievous hurt. ASI Rajesh Kumar Incharge P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 188/15 dated 19/07/2015 U/S 341,323,504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O VPO Leda Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/07/2015 Kuldeep S/O Sh. Prem Chand obstructed his way and he sustained injuries. ASI Rahesh Kumar incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating ht cease  of P.S.

3. Case FIR No. 181/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Ludar Singh R/O VPO Jandhrukhurd Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.  Mandi (HP) that his son Vijay Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar Investigating officer P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 40/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 341,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Late Sh. Jitender Thakur R/O Ganswai PO Mahari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) her mother-in-law obstructed her way and her brother-in-law threatened her with dire consequences. HC Prem Singh No. 75 Investigating officer P.S. Dharamur is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 41/15 dated 18/07/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Gujjar Gehra PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that his brother Gopal Singh and nephew Vishal Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 42/15 dated 18/07/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Guijjar Gehra PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/07/15 his brother Ashok Kumar, his wife and his daughter obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 188/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narayan Dass S/O Sh. Padam Dass VPO Nandla PO Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla that on 18/07/2015   M/Cycle (HP31-9652) came from Slapper Colony side hit to the complainant. HC Puran Chand No. 918 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 82/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Chari Devi W/O Sh. Payare Ram R/O  Baslagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/2015 Neelam Kumari obstructed her way and beat her up. SI Gopal Singh Incharge P.P. Balochowki is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9. Case FIR No. 83/15 dated 18/07/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh Rup Chand S/O Sh. Viru Ram R/O Vill. Jhari PO Nagwain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a vehicle (HP34B-3628) came from Bhunter side towards Mandi and said vehicle hit his wife and she sustained injuries. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut Distt. Mandi is investigating the case.

    

 CHALLAN

      10. 215 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 42,700 /-  was  recovered  and 21  challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2100/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
