CRIME REPORT ON 13 JULY

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 100/15 dated 13/7/15 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint  of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Dagu Ram Vill. Baga. PO Baga Chanogi, Tehsil Thunag, distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 12/7/15 Bhupinder Vill. Baga. PO Baga Chanogi Tehsil Thunag distt. Mandi HP obstructed her way, abused her and beat her up.  In this incident she sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 70/15 dated 12/7/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony by HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on dated 12/07/2015 at about 8:15 PM  a Car No. HP-33A-7423 was going  towards  Mandi side and a motor cycle No. HP 33B-1045 was going towards  Sundernagar side  and collapsed with each other at near  Naulakha. In this incident one person sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Singh I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 174/15 dated 12/07/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Sarkaghat by SI Praveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ransal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 Bottles of  Country Liquor from the possession of Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Ransal PO. Narola Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi HP. SI Parveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 12/07/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Raj Kumar R/O Jonaji road Shakti Nagar  Distt. Solan HP that on 12/07/15 at 03:50PM he was going to Shamshi with driver Ram Kumar by a Jeep No. HP64B-8585 and when they reached at Dowada at that time a car No. HP02K-1100 came very rashly from Kullu side and hit their jeep. In this accident jeep driver Ram Kumar sustained injuries. ASI Chaman Lal I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

5.     99 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of RS. 17800/-  Was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.400/- Was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4550/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
