CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 183/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 447,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Hema Devi W/O Sh. Anil Kumar R/O Vill. Tung Bataahri PO Bahanu Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2015 Bimla Devi and Suresh Kumar R/O Tung Batalahri beat her up and also threatened to her. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 184/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagahat on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Tun Batalahri PO Bahanu Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2015 Anil Kumar R/O Tung Batalahri obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 190/15 dated 22/07/2015 U/S 336,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sonu Devi W/O Late Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Vill. Lahali PO Sudhan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2015 Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Lahali PO Sudhan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.Mandi (HP) threw a bottle to her courtyard and Sun Devi sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 74/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 341,32334 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Narayan Singh R/O Vill. Bahi Khalog PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2015  Sohan Lal and his family members obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I/C P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 161/15 dated 22/07/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the  written complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Jalla Ram VPO Paprahal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/2015 Bhuri Singh and Sushil Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Lusmi Chand I.O. of P.S Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 159/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 21/07/2015 he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Pulgharat and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Seema Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Pulgharat PO Gutkar Tehsil Mandi (HP). SI Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR No. 160/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Chattar Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 21/07/2015  he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Suketi Bridge  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Pushpa Devi  W/O Sh. Bidhi Chand  R/O Pulgharat PO Gutkar Tehsil Mandi (HP). ASI Chattar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 192/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Dugrain PO Brikhmani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2015 Himachali Devi, Girja Devi and Lajja Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No. 193/15 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 341,323,336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Marehad PO Baggi Tehsil Bal Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2015 a truck (HP23C-3684) overtake his vehicle and driver of said truck beat him up. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

10 203  Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 33,400 /-  was  recovered  and 22  challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
