 CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No 93/15  dated 05/07/15  U/S 279,337 IPc has been registered  in P.S.   Gohar on the  Complaint of Ram Singh S/O Lachman Singh R/O Vill Auhan PO Bagsaid Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi (HP)   that on  5/7/15  a van  (HP 33T-9425)  which was driven  by Mohan Lal S/O Bhagat Ram R/o Gumhu  Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi Came rashly   from Thunag side  and  fell down  5 feet  downwards from the road .  Five occupants  who boarded  said   vehicle   sustained injuries.ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Gohar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 94/15Dated 6/7/15 U/S 39 HP Excise  Act  has been registered  in P.S. Gohar  by ASI Jeet Singh  that on  5/7/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he  recovered  5 bottles of  English Wine and 2 Bottles of  Country liquor from the possession  of Dole  Ram  S/O Shukru Ram R/O Thanuta PO Shillibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi(HP) . ASI Jeet Singh I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

3                 Case FIR No. 95/15Dated 6/7/15 U/S 39 HP Excise  Act  has been registered  in P.S. Gohar  by ASI jeet Singh  that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Juj  and during the course of patrolling he  recovered   80    Bottles of  Country   Liquor from the possession  of Inder Singh S/O Baser Singh R/O Juj PO Shillibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi(HP) . ASI Jeet Singh I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4   4          Case FIR No. 145/15 dated 6/7/15 U/S  341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in   P.S. Sadar on the  complaint  of  Sh.  Sandeep Kumar S/O  Sh. Surender Kumar  R/O Chadiyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar distt. Mandi (HP)  that  today   Kuldeep Kumar  came  alongwith   his uncle Anil Kumar,  obstructed his way and beat him up .  ASI Laxmi Chand I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5    Case FIR No. 146/15 dated 6/7/15 U/S  341,323,504,34 has been registered  in  P.S. Sadar  on the complaint  of Sh. Kuldeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Surender Kumar   R/O  Chadiyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar distt. Mandi (HP)   today  Sandeep Kumar and his wife Roshani Devi obstructed his way and beat  him  up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE  AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT  AND  HURT

6          Case FIR No. 147/15 dated 06/07/15  U/S 353, 504, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh. Sewak Ram  R/O  Bhoun Bari  PO  Kalhod Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he is working as  driver in HRTC Deptt. On 06/07/15  he was on the route   Bilaspur  to Manali  alongwith Bus( HP69-1630)  and when  they reached at  Mandi  Bus Stand in the mean time  Suresh Kumar  ,owner of  another Private Bus came  alongwith  Harish  Kumar  and beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Laxmi  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT   

 7         Case FIR No. 62/15 dated 05/07/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC   has been registered in  P.S. Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Ajit  Sharma S/O Sh. Panchhi Ram  R/O  Dalah PO  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/07/15  when   he was  present  in his courtyard  , in the mean time a Car(HP76-0666)  came   rashly from  Padhar side and  fell down 8 Mtrs. downwards from the  road  and two person who were sitted  said  vehicle sustained  injuries.  ASI  Inder Pal  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE  UNDER PREVENTION  OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

 8         Case FIR No. 174/15 dated 06/07/15  U/S  3 of   P.D.P.Act has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Surender Kumar  S/O Sh. Brij  Lal  R/O  Sh. Samlaun PO  Bahnu  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  some unknown  culprits  broke the   foundation stone of  PHC Leda . ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of  PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

  9        Case FIR No. 173/15 dated 06/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC  has been registered in  P.S.   Balh on the complaint of Sh. Anil  Gupta S/O Sh. Khub Ram  R/O  Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/07/15  Nokhu Ram     obstructed  his way  and  beat  him up .  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of PP Rewalsar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

10        Case FIR No. 181/15 dated 05/07/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC &  U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Kamla Devi  W/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O   VPO  Barmana Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 5/07/15  she  was coming  back  to  her home  at BSL Colony , in the mean time a  Truck  came rashly from Mandi  side  and hit her  and she sustained  injuries.  HC  Khem  Chand  No. 47  I.O. of TTR   Wing  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

11        108   Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 15,900/-  was  recovered  and 17 challan  was    issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1700/-  was recovered   and  6 challans were issued  under Mining Act and fine of  Rs. 26000/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
