CRIME REPORT ON 20 JULY


CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

1.      Case FIR No. 65/15 dated 19/07/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar by ASI Baldev Singh I/O PS Padhar that he  was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at Padhar market  and he saw a hawker Prathipal S/O Sh. Shishupal  R/O VPO Koop Tehsil Sahabad Distt. Rampur (UP)  is selling goods on the road side and obstructed the traffic. ASI Baldev Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 66/15  dated 19/07/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar by ASI Baldev Singh I/O PS Padhar that he  was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at Padhar market  and he saw a hawker  Mahipal S/O Sh. Kalyan Singh  R/O VPO Koop Tehsil Sahabad Distt. Rampur (UP) is selling goods on the road side and obstructed the traffic. ASI Baldev Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 73/15 dated 20/7/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered  at PS BSL Colony on the complaint of  Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi HP that on 20/7/15 at about 6:15 AM when he was at his tea stall at Dhanotu in the mean time a Alto Car No HP01D-4301 came from Mandi side very rashly and collided  with a Bus at Dhanotu which was coming from the Sunder Nagar Side . In this accident six persons sustained injuries.  ASI Ram Lal I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RIOTING,CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 84/15 dated 20/7/15  U/S 147,149,447,506,323, IPC has been registered  at PS Aut on the complaint of  Sh.   Mohar  Singh  S/O  Sh.  Bhagat Ram  Village  Suradhani  PO   Khalwahan  SubTehsil  Balichowki Distt. Mandi  that  on 18/7/2015 he was working  in his  field at that time  Ludhan Singh, Bhuahan,  Prithvi,  Tillu and  Raju, came there abused him  and  beat him up.  they also threaten him with dire consequences. he sustained injuries. 

     SI Gopal Singh I/O PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND HURT

 

5.      Case FIR No 189/15 dated 20/7/15 U/S 451, 452, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Subhash Chand S/O Sunder Singh R/O Village Bhantrehar PO Baroti Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi  that on  19/07/15 at abut 10:00 PM three unknown Persons entered in his court yard and abused and  beat him up and ran away. After some time at about 11:00 PM Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Tikki and Ram Lal @ Papu came to his home  by car No. HP31B-0002.  Manoj Kumar entered  in his  room and beat him and his wife Sunita Devi up. ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND HURT

6.      Case FIR No. 189/15 dated 19/07/15 U/S 147,149,341,323,504 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Amar Singh S/O Yudh Chand R/O VPO Nagchala that on 19/07/15 at about 4:30PM when he and his wife is coming to home at that time  Bhup Singh, Diwan Chand, Praveen,Yadav and Onkar came and obstructed their way, abused and beat them up.  due to this both sustained injuries. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND HURT

 

7.      Case FIR No. 190/15 dated 19/7/15 U/S 447,323,34 IPC has been registered  at PS Balh on the complaint of Bhup Singh Saklani  that Amar Singh,  his wife and his son encroached his land and beat him up. Due to which he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

8.      154   Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs. 32900/-  was recovered  and 10  challans were issued under  COTPA Act and  fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs 4600/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
