CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1        Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 07/07/15  U/S  451, 323, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jai  Ram  S/O Sh. Suwangi  Ram  R/O  Takoli  PO Nagwain Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  07/07/15  Karam  Chand , Vinay Kumar ,  Vijay Kumar, Yashoda  all the  resident of  same locality  entered in  his courtyard  and  beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 76/15  dated 07/07/15 U/S 341, 447, 323, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Karam Chand S/O Sh. Lal Man R/O  Takoli  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 07/07/15 when he alongwith   Karam  Chand  &  his family  members  were  going  to  their  field , in the mean time  Manju  Devi , Bowan Chand, Sita Devi , Aman resident of same locality  entered in their land  and obstructed their way  and  beat   all   his family members and  also threatened  him  alongwith  family members . ASI  Mohar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case  FIR No. 176/15  dated 07/07/15  U/S 341, 323 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the  complaint of  Sh.  Rajinder Kumar  S/O Sh. Parmanand R/O  Bhyarta Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 07/07/15 Joginder Pal   obstructed his way and beat him up .  HC   Naresh Kumar No. 862  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 175/15 dated 06/07/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Rajesh Awasthi S/O Sh. Harbans Awasthi R/O House No. 119/03 Gurdwara Road  Manali  Distt.  Kullu  that on 06/07/15  he was  present at Shiv Mandir Nagchala, in the  mean  time  a  Vehicle  came rashly  and  hit to Sunil  Kumar S/O Sh. Sarwan R/O  Thana Kalan Tehsil  Bangana Distt.  Una and  he  sustained  injuries.  HC  Manoj  Kumar No. 50  I.O.  of  Balh  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  HURT

5         Case FIR No.102/15  dated 07/07/15  U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.   Passang Tsering  S/O Sh. Tsering R/O  Tibatian Colony  Bir  Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP)  that  he had  gone to  Chauntra and  when he  was coming  back to  his home, in the mean time  Dorji Functok  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Tarsem Singh  I/C of PP  Ghatta is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

6          152  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 22,600/-  was  recovered  and 1  challans  was    issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 100/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
