CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 115/15 dated 31/07/15 U/S 341,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kumar S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar VPO Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi HP that Milkhi Ram, Guglu , Akshu and Mittu all resident of Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed his way, abused him and beat him up. ASI Sukesh Kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 114/15 dated 30/7/2015 U/S 279,337 of  IPC &187 of  MV ACT has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Jaffa Ram R/O Vill. Garoru PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi HP that on 30/7/2015 at about 7:45 PM he and his wife  Meera Devi were going to his cowshed by road when they reached near timber machine in a mean time a M/Cycle( HP29A-5135) came very rashly from Jogindernagar side and  hit to his wife. She sustained injuries. Insp./SHO Sita Ram of PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 197/15 dated 30/07/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Lakshman Dass R/O VPO Harabag Teh& PS Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP that on 30/07/15 at about 6:00 PM when he was going towards his home his uncle Sudama Ram S/O Sh. Krishan Chand obstructed his way, abused and beat him  up. HC Tek Chand  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 199/15 dated 31/07/15 U/S 451,447,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmala Koundal W/O Kamleshwar Singh R/O VPO Jarol Teh& PS Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP that on dated 29/7/15 at about 4:30 PM Lekh Ram  and Murari P/O Gudahan entered in his house  and threaten her with dire  consequence .  ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 198/15 dated 31/07/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Tulsi Ram R/O Vill Lathwan P/O Ladrour Teh& PS Bhoranj Distt Hamirpur that on 31/07/15 he was going to  towards Bilaspur by his Truck ( HP55-0909) when he reached near Kangu in the  mean time  a HRTC Bus (HP31A-4603) came very rashly  from opposite side  and collided with his truck and  13  persons   who were boarded on said   Bus sustained  injuries.  ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

6.     184 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28700/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 was recovered during last 24 hours.

CASE OF HURT

1        Case FIR No.97/15 dated 29/07/15  U/S 325  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Bhavani Dutt S/O Sh. Prem Dass  R/O  Shabadu PO  Kao Tehsil  Karsog  Distt. Mandi  that on 22/07/15  he was present at  Kao , in the mean time  Mehar Singh  Khukliya  beat him up.  HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I/O of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 30/07/15  U/S 279,337  IPC  has been  registered  in P.S. Aut  on   the complaint of  Sh.  Om  Parkash S/O Sh.  Tek  Singh  R/O   Dhungi Distt. Kullu (HP)  that on 20/07/15  he was   coming   alongwith  a Jeep (HP49-1247)   towards Mandi  side   and when reached near  Aut Tunnel, in the mean time  a HRTC Bus(HP66-4147)   which was    driven by  Narender Kumar  came rashly  from  Mandi  side and   hit his said Jeep .  ASI  Hari  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

3        Case FIR No. 200/15 dated 29/07/15  U/S 279 IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Balh  on  the complaint of  Sh. Dutt  Ram  R/O  Balt Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  29/07/15   he   was coming  alongwith  Jeep (HP63-1424)  and  when he reached  near Central Bank  Gutkar in  the mean time   another Jeep(PB-11BN-6590)  came  rashly from  Mandi  side and  hit  his said Jeep from behind . ASI  Sahab Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

4        Case FIR No.191/15 dated 29/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Dawarku Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Puran Chand R/O  Sadhoti PO  Tanihar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/07/15  Smt.  Champa Devi  W/O Sh. Kashmir   came  alongwith  Kashmir  and  obstructed his way and beat  him up .  HC  Vijay  Kumar No. 866   I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No.  45/15  dated 29/07/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Dharmpur on the complaint of Sh. Milkhi  Ram  S/O  Late. Sh.  Bhagat  Ram  R/O Upper   Ghanala PO  & Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on 29/07/15  he was present in his shop, in the mean time Lekhu Ram resident of the same locality entered in his shop and  beat him up  and  also threatened with dire consequences.  ASI Rakesh  Kumar  I/C of PP Sandhole   is investigating  the case.

6        185  Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.31,900 /-  was recovered  and 17   challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.

1        Case FIR No.166/15 dated 28/07/15  U/S 451, 509, 504, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Smt.  Nila Devi W/O Sh. Mahender Pal  R/O  Dwahan  Sari  PO Kot  Tungal  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/07/15  Bharat Bhushan S/O Sh. Prakesh Chand &  Hukkam  Chand  both  are  the resident of same locality entered  in her  courtyard and  started to abuse her.  HC  Amrit Lal  No. 413 I/O of  PP  Kotli  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case  FIR No. 167/15 dated 29/07/15 U/S 279,337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Pandoh  by  HC Gopal  Singh  No.9 that on  today he was on  traffic   checking  duty  alongwith  rider   Const.  Chet Ram  No. 91  at  Sambal, in  the mean  time  a   Motor Cycle (  PB56B-9958)  came  rashly  and hit to constable  Chet  Ram No. 91.  In  this accident   said Motor Cycle rider  and  constable Chet Ram  both sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I/O of PP  Pandoh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ARSON

3        Case FIR No. 69/15  dated 28/07/15  U/S 436  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Maghru Ram  S/O  Late. Sh. Kantu Ram  R/O  Gahang PO  Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/07/15  Kanshi Ram resident of the same locality  set his house on fire and burnt  the  four rooms containing  Articles. ASI  Joginder Singh   I.O of  P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.

Roop  Chand  R/O  Kot  PO  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present   Basco   Service  Punana Bazar  that  Sh.  Veenit Kumar  R/O  Purana Bazzar Sundernagar   obstructed her way  and   abusing  her, also threatened  her   with  dire consequences.  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 29/07/15  Narender Singh  resident of the same locality  obstructed   his way  beat him up .  ASI  Parkash  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

6          Case FIR No. 196/15  dated 29/07/15  U/S 447, 427, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Shyam Lal   Talwar S/O Sh. Chet  Ram  Talwar R/O Chougan PO  Bhangrotu  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that he  is  the  owner  of Land  Khasara No. 5111/2336 at Dehri Gol Bagh near Mahamaya Temple   and  also fenced  said  land  through  boundary wall  but  unauthorized  encroachment   by Smt.  Shyama Devi  and her son-in-law  Hans  Raj by dismantled said  boundary wall. Sethal  obstructing his way and beat him up .  HC  Manoj  Kumar No. 50  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.
