CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT
1. Case FIR No.55/12 dated 08/06/12 U/S 452, 323 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Bhikham Singh
R/O Vill. Saloti P.O. Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 08/06/12 at
about 2.30 AM he was sleeping in his shop (saw shop) in the mean time
his younger brother Shyam Lal entered in his room and beat him up.
ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
2. Case FIR No. 67/12 dated 08/06/12 U/S 323, 325 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Tanu Kumar S/O Sh.
Dile Ram R/O Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 06/06/12 he went to the house
of his in-laws where his father-in-law Noop Singh along with Chattar
Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh I/C PP
Janjehali investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT & MISCHIEF
3. Case FIR No. 130/12 dated 08/06/12 U/S 336, 427, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jaspreet Singh
S/O Late Sh. Jaswant Singh R/O H. No. W.Z. 250 Santgarh Shahpura
Tilaknagar New Delhi at present bus driver with bus No. (HP65-2795) of
Guru Gobind Singh Public High School Paddal Mandi (HP). Today at about
8 AM when he reached at Nine Mile along with above mentioned bus, a
car (DL-8 CW-2896) came very rashly from Mandi side, driver of the
said car stopped the car and pelted stones upon his bus along with two
other persons and broke the front glass of his bus and also dented his
bus. HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the
case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 131/12 dated 08/02/12 U/S 452, 325, 323, 506, 34 IPC
has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt.
Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Pratap Sing R/O Vill. Dhanog Raherdhar PO Nasloh
Teshil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 28/05/12 at about 8 AM she was
present in her courtyard, in the mean time Sarla Devi came there and
attacked upon her with sharp weapon and thereafter her husband Chander
Singh also came there and beat her up and also threatened her with
dire consequences. ASI Swaran Roop Singh is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
5. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O Village Bankotla PO Chimnu Tehsil
Jogendernagar Distt Mandi was arrested by ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P.
Dharampur who was wanted in Case FIR No 197/11 dated 03/09/12 U/S
363, 366, 376 IPC and he is being produced before the Ld. Court of
JMIC Sarkaghat.
CHALLAN
6. 113 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 24,300/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
14,00/- was recovered & 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during
last 24 hours.
