CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MOLESTATION

1. Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 452, 354, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Khimi Devi W/O Sh.
Karam Singh R/O VPO Kathyahun that on 20/06/12 at 04.15 AM she was
sleeping in her room, in the mean time Nand Lal along with another
person entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Om
Prakash I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY & FORGERY

2. Case FIR No. 177/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 420,120B,467,468,471 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh, Chet
Ram R/O village Darvyas, Serlakhabu PO Thinagalu Tehsil Sadar Distt.
Mandi that Yadvinder Sharma, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Dusrakhabu has
been added the fake names of 13 peoples wrongfully in the must roll of
MANREGA and he has also taken Rs. 27,500/- & Rs. 38,500/- wrongfully
in the names of his wife Nisha Devi and Mother Bhubneshwari Devi under
Rajiv Gandhi Awas Yojna and Attal Awas Yojna to construct the houses
but houses have not been constructed. ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar
is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 178/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal Sharma S/O
Sh. Nag Ram Sharma R/O Dagwani PO Fagu-Ka-Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt. Mandi that on 20/06/12 at about 5 PM he was going to his home
by his car (HP74-3391) along with his wife and said car was driven by
Vidya Sagar and when they reached near Galma, Vidya Sagar lost
control over said car and it struck with a hill and his wife Geeta
Sharma fell down from the car and she sustained injuries. Later on she
succumbed to her injuries at hospital. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of
P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 179/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurdeep S/O Sh. Khem
Chand R/O Vill. Kotmorse Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/06/12 at
about 6.30 PM he was standing at Nalsar nearby the road, in the mean
time a M/Cycle (HP33C-2071) came from Baggi side very rashly and hit
to Jatin who sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S.
Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-APPEARANCE IN RESPONSE TO PROCLAMATION
5. Case FIR No. 100/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 174A IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sundernagar as per order of the Ld. Court of JMIC-II
Sundernagar against Sidharth Sharma, Director Vyom Infrastructure Pvt.
Ltd. Village Bhechna Govt. Engineering College PO Sunderngar Distt.
Mandi at present Sidharth Sharma S/O Sh. R.K. Sharma, Gomma 1st Floor
C 260, Greater Noida (UP) that proceeding U/S 82 Cr.P.C was made
accordingly against above accused who has not been appeared in the Ld.
Court till date as he was required by the Ld. Court for personal
appearance on 22/03/12. ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is
investigating the case.

in P.S. Sundernagar as per order of the Ld. Court of JMIC-II

Ltd. Village Bhechna Govt. Engineering College PO Sunderngar Distt.
Mandi at present Sidharth Sharma S/O Sh. R.K. Sharma, Gomma 1st Floor
C 260, Greater Noida (UP) that proceeding U/S 82 Cr.P.C was made
accordingly against above accused who has not been appeared in the Ld.
Court till date as he was required by the Ld. Court for personal

investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT
7. Case FIR NO. 54/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and 41, 42 Indian
Forest Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI
Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today at about 5.05 AM he
along with other police officials laid a nakka at Jatnala and during
the course of nakka he recovered 14 pieces of cedar (deodar) from the
possession of Gian Chand S/O Sh. Lala Ram VPO Mahadev Tehsil
Sundernagar Distt. Mandi who was carrying these wooden pieces with out
permit in his car. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony
Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT
8. Case FIR NO. 55/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and 41, 42 Indian
Forest Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC
Chint Ram I. O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today at about 06.10 AM he
along with other police officials laid a nakka at Jatnala and during
the course of nakka he recovered 85 frames of different sizes of
cedar (deodar) from the possession of Nil Kanth S/O Sh. Lala Ram Vill.
Sandra PO Jhungi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) who was carrying
these wooden pieces with out permit in his jeep(HP31B-0570). HC Chint
Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT
9. Case FIR NO. 56/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and 41, 42 Indian
Forest Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC
Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today at about 5.05
AM he along with other police officials laid a nakka at Jatnala and
during the course of nakka he recovered 15 pieces of cedar (deodar) of
different sizes from the possession of Jiwan Kumar S/O Sh. Lala Ram
Vill. Sared PO Sainji Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi who was
carrying these wooden pieces with out permit in his car (HP33-3700).
HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is
investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

10. Accused Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Guri Singh V.P.O. Baggi Tehsil Sadar
Distt. Mandi (HP), Kewal Singh S/O Sh. Narender Singh R/O Bodhla PO
Jahal Distt. Mandi (HP), Mukesh S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Rada PO Chunahan
Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP), Ludramani S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O
Chamartan PO Jahal Distt. Mandi (HP) were arrested were arrested
today by SI Firoj Khan SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar who were wanted
in case FIR No. 50/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 5 of
Telegraph Act and these accused persons are being produced before the
Ld. Court.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

11. Suman Kumar S/O Sh. Khayali Ram R/O Bhagwani PO Latta Tehsil
Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur was arrested on 20/06/12 U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C.
by HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.P. Hattli who is being produced
before the SDM Sarkaghat.

CASE OF HURT

12. Case FIR No. 152/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Kesh
Ram R/O Vil. Seglu PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 18/06/12
at about 04.30 PM he was present at Seri Munch Mandi, in the mean time
Monu came there and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal
No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS AND MISCHIEF

13. Case FIR No. 153/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 147,148,149,353,332,427 IPC
has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Som
Nath S/O Sh. Baldev Raj R/O VPO Mulepur Tehsil Fategarh Sahibb Distt.
Patiyala Punjab at present driver with Bus No. PB-65(P)-4149 of PRTC
Chandigarh which was bounded form Chandigarh to Manikaran. On 20/06/12
at 04.55 PM he along with Balvinder Singh Conductor and said bus
reached at Bhiuli and in the mean time Conductor Ramesh and driver
Paarvesh of Anjali Bus Service (HP65-7581) along with 8/10 persons
beat him up along with conductor Balvinder Singh. HC Balam Ram No. 540
I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT & INTIMIADTION

14. Case FIR No. 154/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 323,324,504,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar
S/O Sh. Prem Sukh R/O Vill. Chowki Chandrahan PO Sardhwar Tehsil Sadar
Distt. Mandi at present conductor with Anjali Bus Service (HP65-7581)
that on 20/06/12 they were on the way towards Kullu and when they
reached near Bhiuli bridge, a bus (PB65-4149) of PRTC was standing
there. On this he along with driver of his bus told to the driver and
conductor of said bus to leave the station well in time and driver and
conductor of PRTC bus came out and attacked upon him and driver of his
bus. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating
the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND RASH AND ASSAULT

15. Case FIR No. 155/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 147,149,323,356 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla
Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Gaddal that today at about 06.45 AM she
was working in her fields, in the mean time Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Ram
Dass, Rajesh Kumar, Ram Dass, Mahinder, Dhani Devi W/O Sh. Dalip Singh
and her son Pawan Kumar entered in her field and beat her up. SI
Saleem Qureshi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

16. Case FIR No. 156/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi
W/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Gaddal PO Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi
that today Vipan Kumar and his family members beat her up and she
sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi
is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

17. Case FIR No. 157/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Singh, Block Forest
Officer Majhwar Block that on 20/06/12 fore broke out in the forest
areas of Chabhuan beat and in this fire incident loss of property is
reported about Rs. 18,000/- . ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is
investigating the case.

CASE OF ABDUCTION AND KIDNAPPING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

18. Case FIR No. 100/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 363,366,120B IPC has been
registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Abhilakh Sahani S/O
Sh. Bega Sahani R/O VPO Sonvarsa Tehsil Areraj Distt. Motihari East
Champaran Bihar at present sweeper in HRTC Bus Stand Karsog that his
minor daughter was missing on 14/06/12 and he lodged the missing
report on 14/06/12 in P.S. Karsog. Now he came to now that Kishori lal
S/O Sh. Jagar nath Sahani R/O Vill. Panapur Buhar and Muni Lal
resident of Bihar kidnapped his daughter. ASI Om Prakash is
investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT
19. Case FIR No. 101/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. Karsog by Inspr. Prakash Chand SHO P.S. Karsog that
he along with other police officials were on patrolling at Khelkufri
and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250 ML country
liquor from the possession of Tek Chand S/O Sh. Jagar Nath R/O Kandi
PO Sapnot Tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi . Accused Tek Chand has been
arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by
Inspr. Prakash Chand SHO P.S. Karsog.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

20. Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 20/06/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog
that he along with other police officials were on patrolling at
Khelkufri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML
country liquor from the possession of Pukar Singh S/O Sh. Ram Krishan
R/O Vill. Deoti PO Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi. Accused Pukar
Singh has been arrested and further investigation of the case is
being carried out by HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog

CHALLAN

21. 64 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,000/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
1500/- was recovered & 4 challans were issued under Mining Act during
last 24 hours.
